Great Hotel with Excellent Buffet and Service

I had a great stay at the Mandarin Oriental Manila Hotel and would recommend it to anyone. I was able to obtain a good rate through Agoda.com.
I experienced the best buffet breakfasts and dinners that I can remember! My room was clean and comfortable and the service and attention was excellent! Some of the hallway carpeting and exterior walls showed signs of wear and need to be replaced or painted but everything was very clean!

When arriving at our room, servicemen were in there taking the toilet apart... So went for a walk around hotel and when returned after 15 minutes, they had left but the room stank of smoke. Went to reception and asked for a non smoking room. They quickly changed us. The staff are great, however the hotel could do with a spruce up.

International Hotel Brand that is consistent
The buffet restaaunt is a great reason to stay here, also the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. the rooms are nice and big and gives you a lot of space.
