It was comfortable, clean and big.
Near the shopping belt of Makati, affordable and comfortable.

We only stayed for a night. It's near the Greenbelt shopping center and the Ayala shopping center. Walking distance is around 15-20 minutes. Room is big, clean and comfortable, if a little old. Nice lobby and lounge!

The hotel is situated in a good position, not far from shopping centres, and in the nicest part of Manila. The swimming pool is excellent, being a good size with lovely surroundings.The staff there were very helpful and courteous.My only critcism was that the restaurants, bars and any extras like massages were very expensive.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you just want to chill out at the swimming pool its very nice.

We booked an overnight stay to celebrate the New Year. I know there are a lot of people checking in that day, but still, one shouldn't expect to wait in line for an hour. The room was nice - what you'd expect given the price. But the breakfast buffet was a big disappointment. It was served in the ballroom area instead of the regular dining area. And they mixed different families in the same table! Food selection was very limited. Service was slow, and the staff was hustling about and shouting to each other like they're serving customers in a fastfood restaurant.

the hotel should alrady upgrade to be competitive to the market considering this is a 5 star hotel a a prime location in makati city. time to make renovations to ensure more biz potential in the future be it to travellers for business or pleasure.

Nice hotel but a little run down outside...

We were in this hotel for one night only and occupied two rooms. The rooms were bigger than I expected and kept clean. For both rooms, we had king size beds and they were very comfortable. Teenage girls can be quite picky but my daughters really liked the room that they stayed in.
The rooms were a little run down but it really didn't bother us as they were clean.
When I travel back to Manila for business or pleasure, it is likely that I will stay at this hotel again.
