On the overall, it was pleasant. Hotel breakfast is great. There are many restaurants you can choose from right outside the hotel also. Accessible to tourist destinations like Rizal Park, Intramuros and Fort Santiago. Great view from our room, it is overlooking Rizal Park and most of Manila.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is very handy to were I do business it is not expensive and the service is always good. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help. The restaurants are good quality although the fine dining one is a bit expensive. The rooms are a good size and the wifi is reliable. Some of the rooms are getting a bit tired and could do with refurbishment. Overall I believe the hotel is good value.

shopping is jaz walking distant from the hotel...food shop is all over the hotel too jaz a door step .

The hotell is excelent and priceworth, and the service is very good. Rooms are very quiet and well equipped. Location is good and close to shopingareas. Brakfast is rich and very good. Restaurants are ok. The staff is very friendly and serviceminded.
The business center is poor. Old cumputers and old programs, and the only thing missing is a shop to buy daily needs. On the other hand there is a 7-11 next door.
Shopping Tip:
Robinson mall is located a few minutes from the hotel, and a lot of bars in the area.

Nightlife Tip:
Good night life, but needs to be cautious when you go to the nude bars as you do not know about the exhaorbitant bill sthey provide.

i was checking in early in the morning at 5am, the staff arrange a room for me. it is cheaper than if i book from other hotel. the staff also very helpful to get a permission from his superior for us to get our breakfast one day early as our flight back to malaysia next day is quite early. breakfast is good. and the environment is nice except the casino.
Nightlife Tip:
there are massage centre, spa, shopping mall and pub no far from this hotel.

the hotel is in center of manila. there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores just outside the hotel. transportation is convenient as taxis are always available. the hotel is about 20-30 minutes from the airport. it is also nearby big malls like robinson and mall of asia. good area for nightlife. the room is quite old, needs a bit of renovation. i guess this is what you expect from a 3 star hotel. but the staff are friendly and professional. casino is in the lobby with plenty of slots machine and table games. nice lobby with coffee shop and lounge.

I think not match up to 4 stars rating as the fitting inside the room is old and hotel need to renovate to match the current rating.
Overall the room not clean looking due to dark carpet and the chairs and table are all old furnitures.
Restaurant serving buffet breakfast not good as the staff not smiling and look very unwillingly to serve.
