Great Staff But That's it

When we got to the Hotel check in was swift but the room was dirty and the bathroom was not clean at all, Internet was none to speak of, and the food was 2nd rate.

during my stay, the hotel was transitioning to new management, so many things are not available, like the menu for room service. The menu was dictated over the phone!
Also, the breakfast and dinner buffet was not impressive, maybe this is still part of the transition.
I think that the hotel should have maintained all of their previous services and menu while in transition.
I was on the 11th floor and my room is not yet one of the renovated rooms; the carpet was obviously old and looks dirty, the tv is old as well as the other furniture inside the room.
I believe that if the renovation is completed, it will be beautiful too.

Good location,friendly staff and very near Rizal park, which is just 10 minutes away. the small Casino is at the same building, I enjoyed it too.the room is small ,TV and room furnishing is very old and need to renovation. Carpet is too worst and very bad condition.

I can see where guests looking for higher standards could be dissatisfied. The hotel was probably luxurious at one time; however, now there are cigarette burns, carpet stains, damaged furniture, aging towels… Despite the negatives, the bed and bathroom were clean. This was all that was important to me.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
History lovers will appreciated a tour to Intramuros.

Hotel location is good. Rooms are clean but furniture is very old, need renovation with new furniture. Staff are polite and helpful with good service. Convenient going to the casino next to the hotel. Will stay in this hotel when going to Manila again.

we always love the waterfront hotels in cebu. it was our second time to be at the manila pav and the services they gave are still the same. the food was great though a little lesser than those in cebu but me and my son enjoyed it anyway. it was so close to the mall and almost all you need to do in manila. we love the bed so so much! keep it up!

Manila tourist spots is just around the corner that you can just walk to.
