I enjoyed my stay there.Friendly staff, well located next to the Mall of Asia (practically walking distance but a shuttle is available if you've got loads of shopping to bring back) and is beautifully situated alongside Manila Bay, so you get to see fabulous sunsets and clear air atmosphere. It's a nice getaway from the city buzz. Perfect for a weekender to tie in with a bit of shopping.
Shopping Tip:
Mall of Asia is huge, so wear comfortable shoes and save your big shopping buys for last.

What can I say, have stayed here before, many times and the serivice is always good, and location is stellar. Will stay here whenever I am in Manila.
Shopping Tip:
Close to SM mall, and close to airport....but make sure that the taxi drivers don't rip you off. Make sure they start the meter.

Rooms were okay clean and neat but the room i stayed in was next to a room that they were having construction in, banging hammering and sawing. all morning and afternoon into the eviening. after complaining the noise stoped, but the next day it began again early in the morning, after complaining again to the manager and insisting to be moved to a more suitable less noisy room they moved me up two floors.where i was finally able to get some rest. the pool was very dirty for such a nice hotel, the water was not clean but rather mirky.
durring the morning breakfast buffet the restuarant was kept to cold, by the time you sat down with you food it was alread getting cold.
Shopping Tip:
everything you could need at the mall of asia, from food to entertainment, to medical services such as dental, and massage centers. the weekend is always packed but if you are there durring the week the mall is quite pleasant.

We had a great time during our stay. The room is really cozy and relaxing. It's location is good as well with just a few steps away from the Mall of Asia. Food at Millie's (hotel's resto) are good as well. The staff are helpful. What just lacks is the wifi connection in the rooms.

This was our third trip to this hotel, our first trip was not a very pleasant one, with countless issues, which we dismissed due to the hotel being new. On this trip we noticed many improvements, check-in and out were handled well, with minimal delays in light of the number of guests checking in at that time. The room was clean and comfortable, although very basic, there are ceramic tiles everywhere including the hallways so the slightest sound in the hallways is amplified which makes sleeping in after a long flight pretty much impossible unless you're a sound sleeper.
Breakfast was good, with a good selection of foods for just about everyone's taste, if you didn't see what you wanted they would try and get it for you if possible.
The internet is still way over priced, if you're staying for a few days this adds up fast, I suggest you go over to the Mall of Asia and purchase one of the USB internet sticks which run about 920 PHP and use it rather than pay the 1500 PHP per day that the hotel charges.
The pool is small, and more of a cooling down area, but is quickly over crowded once a family or two with kids use it so don't expect to do any laps of the pool, it's not that big.
There's no business center nor is there a gym, so not really a good place for a business traveler.
The price of the room regardless if you're a business traveler or for leisure is on the high side, but given that you can walk to resturants, and the Mall of Asia, saving some taxi fairs makes it somewhat acceptable.

was very pleased with the hotel.
suggest at east a kettle n coffeee making facility in the room.
can u provide the mini bar.
the elevators should hv arrival lights at every floor. it is diffcult to know wen an elevator has arrived as u wait.
Travel tip:
a good location and simple servce wiith a smile. Front ooffice staff are very effecicient. Irish was aparticularly good Staff.

The room is clean . The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to accommodate your requests.I so loved the buffet .They seved a variety of sumptous food for breakfast .Its very closed to a shopping mall and airport. I enjoyed my stay there!
