We enjoyed the delicious breakfast.The guards and the front desk personnel were all approachable. A nice place to relax near a big shopping mall with free shuttle bus every hour to and fro the hotel.

This is a fine hotel that was good for a lay over between flights. Nothing particularly notable about it, but it was clean and the staff was helpful. The beds were good, though the pillows were lumpy affairs. I wouldn't want to spend more than on this place and so it was fine. Feels like you could be anywhere in the US.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and welcomed. Warm greetings from all levels of staff from housekeeping, f&b to front office. The buffet breakfast spread was better than expected. Food was replenished quickly and well presented. Will definitely stay there again if visiting Manila.
Restaurant Tip:
There is such a wide variety of international cuisine available at the Mall.

Great location, close to MOA and Airport. MOA is about 5 minutes walk or you can take the hotel shuttle that runs every hour on the hour. This hotel is also close to the airport. Hotel room is great with nice beds and pillows. All in all our hotel stay is just marvelous.

the experience was pleasant though check in took us about an hour to get in our room. the front desk allowed us to extend for another hour the next day. venue is great for family bonding too because it's very near to mall of asia's restaurants and activity area. food is okay not too much selection on their breakfast buffet and room service dining. overall it was pleasant.
