This hotel have a good location if you want to stay near Mall of Asia, it,s quit new but it already start to be litlle bit run down and the staff should be more helpfull. It, s ok for a day or two but i will not stay there again. The hotel have a free shuttle to the Mall.

Be carefull if you are running out of time for the airport, allow yourself extra 15 minutes to check out, they have to check the room 1st before opening the gate. They want to make sure you did not steal anything.
I stay in many international hotel in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Italy, Spain, France and all over USA, most staff just ask you if you consume anything from the bar and if you said no they take your word for it. They have your credit card number anyway.
I will never come back to this hotel.

Location is very good near Mall of Asia. Room is basic with window Airconditioning not Central Aircon as usually. The is noise from Aircon.
Restaurant Tip:
Going to the beach, there are alot of seafood restoran.

nice hotel near the mall. Nice TV :)
the staff are friendly, The room is a bit small but its clean. Walking distance to mall of asia though the hotel offers free shuttle every hour.

it was a nice room and more value for money since it was double twin room with breakfast buffet for 2. view wasn't nice (sea view). city view is better.

go to mall of asia or eat in blue wave.

if your business is just in manila or pasay area, this is a very good hotel to stay in. big and comfy beds, just walking distance to mall of asia, a church, restaurants and bars.

good value for money. cheaper to book through agoda than to go directly to the hotel. got my room almost pesos (about US dollars) cheaper than my colleague who got the same type of room on the same date.
however, wi-fi signal has to be improved. very weak even in the lobby. there are connection interruptions.
