Hotel in Manila's business district Makati, close to Burgos (entertainment district). Strange smell in the room. Friendly reception, room service personnel did not speak English.

I have been staying in htis hotel many times.
This time, i had to great troubles with hte hotel.
I booked 3 nights.
i was asked to pay 4,830 pesos for the bedshet burned by cigaretes. thi amout is too much.
It seems the hotel is trying to rip the guests off.
This is a worst hotel i have ever stayed n all over the world.

good location, close to night clubs, bars etc. great for those who want to spend some money shopping. 2mins (by taxi) away from ayala center and greenbelt mall. overall good hotel with clean rooms, friendly service. not recommended for those who seek peace and romantic dinners by candles.

i asked tnot say a word!
and they had time in 3 days to find a room far from elelvators o boy in front desk i swear me yes sir it is far from elevator ...so i go ther with all my luggage ....and it was far from elelvators i dont like lies of empoloyees he think we will
breakfast : poush should find an other name than breakfast
and cafee is not coffee

parking is a mess..
Receptionist is so stiff and unaccommodating.
to rate it vs other hotels that we've stayed in, (1-10, 10 is the highest) MIllenium Plaza Hotel is rated 3.
Staff (esp. the receptionist) should undergo refresher course on customer service.
Management should also conduct checking on competitors services and amenities.
