Millennium Plaza Hotel

Without a doubt the best thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff was extremely friendly, cheerful and courteous. Pros: good price for area, pleasant, large, clean, older room recently painted, quiet enough, 20 min walk to major malls, numerous inexpensive places to eat nearby. Cons: warm water shower (not hot), annoying street hawkers and beggars every time we went out, cold, boring breakfasts (but included), internet is expensive (not free), small indoor pool with chilly water, very dirty stairwell, only 2 operating elevators (1 inoperative). The following were listed by Agoda as amenities but were missing: complimentary bottled water, daily newspaper, hair dryer, microwave, mini bar

Big room in makati
Good location, clean and good price..

My stay was only one night here but it was a nice place and it´s room was big..
The Glorietta mall was close by,,not really walking distance but still possible to do....Location on Makati Ave is always a good choice..

Have stayed at this hotel before and it provided the same good standard of service as usual, the breakfasts are adequate with the staff ready to serve you. The room was clean and spacious and serviced every day by polite courtious staff who are always willing to help.

the hotel is very comfortable, but i don't like the smell of the room specially the bathroom, it smelled like a hospital, maybe the kind of cleaners they had used that day. i want the hotel smells like perfume. But i like the location because it is very accessible to shopping, restaurant, and hospital. i also like the free parking in the hotel. but all in all i think the hotel is good and the staff of the hotel were very nice to us. i will recommend it to my friends. and maybe next year i will be back in millenium hotel.

nice look untill u get inside the rooms

there was no hot water in the room no wifi on sixth floor and a long walk to night life if your disabled there steps to lobby so not suitable for disabled guests

no evening restaurant for meals.
needs a variety of meals at morning breakfast.
The hotel is very clean,in a good location,services is good plus airport transfer was excellent
Travel tip:
Venice plaza is only a short taxi ride with plenty of cafes and Ayala shopping mall is ten minutes from the hotel in a taxi

Gooid location but old and run down hotel

When I first step into the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly hotel staff. I feel good before checking in. I proceed with the normal procedure and was lead to my room. Everything was fine until I enter the room to find the interior is so old fashion and run down as though I was in living in the 70's. Surely the hotel needs and upgrade. Breakfast was average with less than ten choices of food and drinks. I do not feel safe staying in this hotel as there is no security camera from lift to rooms.

I have to say,i have stayed in plenty of hotels in manila.. but this is the worst. I booked for a 5 day stay and checked out the morning after. I had bites from i dont know what. Horrible. Place is old and dingy. smells. DO NOT STAY HERE.
