Location is good, room space is just enough, price is right,

Room is dark, Some cockroaches

During my 2 weeks stay in the hotel, they had never replaced all those busted bulbs even if I've asked them so many times; and some cockraoach are still lurking even if they had sprayed the room two times already.

Restaurant Tip : A lot of nice restaurants around the corner

Near 24 hrs Mac and other food outlets and 7-11

Although is located in Makati but is not near any shopping malls.

Hotels although located in makati, no nearby shopping mall. Only one lift serving the 27 storey apartment. Beds are small. Near 24 hrs eatery like Mac and Jollibee. Staff not that friendly, wanna borrow adaptor but they say they dun have any to spare. Hotel location is so so only as there isnt any nearby shopping malls and tends to be a bit quiet at nite. U can take the jeepney to the shopping mall named the power plant. But have to walk a bit of distance to take the jeepney.

Good service, and cheap price, centrally located close to all the action.

The rooms are dated and are in need of refurbishment, the breakfast is not worth having.

Generally speaking its good value for the money, given that you are centrally located in Makati, close to all the bars and restaurants. However the rooms are badly in need of refurbishment, and my sons toilet wouldnt flush in his room. The safety deposit box in the rooms didnt work, but you can use the hotels safety deposit boxes so its not a major problem. Overall the hotel is reasonable, the service is good, but its not quite up to the standard you would expect.

Travel tip : Be careful of accepting anything for free from the street vendors, they are in cahoots with the Makati cops, and you will find yourself accused of being in possession of drugs or something illegal, the only solution to this is to pay the cops several thousand pisos, so be careful corruption is rife.

close proxmity to nightlife on Burgos Street, short ride to Glorietta Mall.Taxi's service readily available

Bathroom needs lots of work, water heater in my room didnt work, maintenance came several times to reset switch but 10 minites later heater wont work.Entrance is on side street, makes it difficult for taxi to get to front of hotel

Hotel staff is great, love my morning paper and breakfast, service was just fine, just a few of the accolades that needs to be said.I really enjoyed my stay, the room was exceptionally big and with a small kitchen makes staying on a healthy diet easy and affordable.Having said that construction sites around work extended hours and can be very distracting from the 8th floor.Overall i will most definitely stay there again..

Restaurant Tip : lots of fastfood resturants like pizza hut, jollibees, mcdonalds, dominoes are very close by

sub-standard, but okey value for money Guest Rating: 6

central location quiet clean cooking facilities available (old pans however)

swimming pool not recommendable (indoors, not nice, clean however) old building small bathroom and bathtube

It is a simple and old hotel good for those looking for budget accomodation. No special comfort and rooms are very standard with small bathrooms. The service is okey, and we got a promo with free massage for two on our one night extension (which would cost 600PhP each). Don't expect much from breakfast (better take your own breakfast outside). Cooking facilities are available on request, however we only where able to avail them on the second day. The service is okey. The swimming pool is very poor, indoors and a cold room without decoration and beauty. It is clean, however. So if you want high comfort, this is not a place for you. But if you want value for money at the expensive Makati, you might as well consider this place.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Greenbelt park Cine Europa Festival in ShangriLa EDSA Mall (free europian movies, in September)

The price was very low and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The area is not the greatest unless you are interested in the bars and in that case it is a great location.

The rooms were clean but not very modern. Everything worked the way it was supposed to though. In general it was a great deal when you consider the price. The location is not the greatest if you are looking for a quiet place to stay but excellent if you are looking for night life. It is right in the heart of the entertainment area as far as I can tell.

close to shopping centres and the Makati business district

mattress very lumpy (springs!), no water refills, no coffee refills.

From previous reviews I knew this hotel was not in the best condition and to be fair they do try to keep it clean but it does need a major revamp. I booked a deluxe room but the mattress was aweful with springs sticking out everywhere - horrible to sleep on! Although we stayed several days they never restocked the free bottles of water or free coffee, very tight & inconsiderate if you ask me. Because I'm a handy type I managed to get the hot water to work and although no cockraches to report on the 23rd floor the bathroom did have a lot of ants. Breakfast was ok but a little lean on amount and vision, they serve you so the portions are small and coffee not the best. I think next time I'll fork out the extra bucks and stay somewhere a little nicer.

Shopping Tip : within walking distance of the Rockwell Powerplant shopping centre

Good location..., the hotel its near to all restaurants ,and borguse street , and alot of 24hrs store there with pharmacy near there too.

Good location but it really busy & noisy area.

I did not expect such a hotel when I saw this hotel on the internet. Photographs can often give a better effect. The Millennium Plaza Hotel was overall is good. They have many restaurant, bars in the area with a 7 & 11 across the street. Good location to Ayala Shopping center Makati. But needs some more renovation.

Good Location. The hotel its near to all restaurants ,and borguse street , so nice happy night life there too , and alot of stores there with pharmacy near there too.

Crowed place, noise area and loud aircon...

Makati is an expensive area to stay and this is one of the budget hotel and just looking for a place to sleep. Did not expect such a hotel that I saw on the internet. The hotel room is old style rooms and old furniture. Photographs can often give a better effect.

Nice and quite, the room are well furnished. Comfort level is above acceptability

The staff needs to be more professional. Do not get an receipt invoice even when requested.

A nice place located at Makati Ave away from the buzz of the night life across the street. But upon entrance into the lobby, it looks more like an apartment then a Hotel itself. The staff do not greed you in an instant, only the security seems to be more friendly. Explanation of the rules and condition seems like a Army Sergeant talking to his/her recruits. Professionalism is what it takes and they are still a little bit away. The rooms are nice and comfort although a bit run down. The aircondition that I have in my rooms seems to be older than me compare to the room my friend stay in. Overall is still a pleasant stay for one night only, I mean.

Restaurant Tip : There is a full rows of restaurant within the streets of Makati Ave. Do your selection carefully, as you never know the next restaurant maybe a better favorite of yours then the one you selected.

Large Room,Helpful Staff, Clean and good value.

Dated decor, Run as condotel,

Clean, efficient and good value. Staff are proffessional and helpful. Run as condotel so there are some more permanent investor/residents at times. Staff are accomodating to any complaints. Breakfast would be better as a buffet and not 'served'. Also breakfast room would be better expanded with less 'minimalist' furniture. Near to the 'action' and on Makati Rd less than a mile from centre of business district. Not the Shangri La but not the price either. Overall good value.

Nightlife Tip : Plenty of nightlife near. Also good food can be found at reasonable prices.

Location. Cost.

Cleanliness of the room

The place is located not too far from Makati center green belt. The overall place looks old, the maintenance of building is questionable, the towels were grey. You're offered 2 complimentary bottle of water but for the whole stay. No internet in the room, and you need to pay for the internet in the small lobby.
