it was ok since it was near to where i need to conduct business with and its cheaper compared to the others. i arrived early like 11am but i needed to wait for 2pm to check in which is not really great. i asked for coffee at 5am for my mom but instead the person who answered the phone said they will served it by 6am and its only available by that time which is again depressing since we need to go out the hotel very early - so I end up going out of the hotel to search for coffee.
The AC conditioner was not good. Though it kind of cool at night but during day time, it was not comfortable at all.
The best thing was, the staffs are really GREAT. They are very accommodating, very friendly, and they always offered assistance to help you with your bags and to open the doors for you. Security guards are awesome too. They are very quick to get you a cab and very attentive as well.

The free meal is ok, you will choose from the menu(Not a buffet).
The room is not that clean. White towels & sheets are not white at all, kinda old. When I first entered the room, it doesn't smell nice.
