The room was quite dark. The bed was big and comfortable with adequate sheets. However, there was lack of pillows. The daily complimentary bottles of water was very helpful. However, we noticed that the buffet breakfast was designed mainly for tourists - Japanese in particular.

The location was very accessible to the SMX Convention Center, which was the location for my business trip. It's a great place to stay for those who want to be close to the Mall of Asia and other attractions like Star City. The room prices were affordable but did not skimp on cleanliness and comfort either.

bad service worsth WIFI room noisy n not clean

The only reason consider stay this hotel is the convention center just nearby. But hotel just located on the cross street of traffic So it is very very noisy even in the mid night cause you can't sleep . The WIFI connection is bad and slow, the service staff at front desk is noit in good manner, you don't feel welcomed!. The area is not safe no good for walking around even daytimes

I had a lot of things to do before I flew to Dumaguete the next day and the staff help me take care of almost everything. The travel agent there was a little late in arriving and I became a little pressed for time but things turned out ok.
