Cozy hotel great staff

the rooms are decent, and when i asked to be moved to a better smelling room, they promptly acted on my request. the food was good, though the dining area was a bit cramped. overall i had a pleasant stay in this hotel.
Travel tip:
the breakfast is good, the area is near everything. 7eleven stores nearby, lots of shops and fast-food chains around. and the mall is just across the hotel. mobility is easy too since it is near the mrt station, the bus station and jeeps and tricycles are in abundance. cabs are easy to get too.

When I arrived at the hotel early morning,because of my flight,so i did not know to go any where,while the receptionist always say that the hotel is full,i can not fall asleep, the hotel only have a waiting room,it is small,i can not blick when i am sitting.I am ready to pay more money to get a empty room,but i had to wait to 2 pm .When i check out I saw tired everybody because of waiting room ,I think that hotel is so busy ,if they are arrange a leg room ,evrerybody can take a short asleep.And everything as eating , large room,transport is OK!

Nice Room but not that nice receiving area
The rooms in this hotel very spacious and the bathroom is nice. The breakfast is a must try..

The first thing I noticed in this hotel is the lobby. It is not what I expected when I booked it. But when i see the room my disappointment vanished because for its price the room is quite worth it. the room is spacious and the bed is good. the cr is big and has a good look on it. The hot and cold water system is stable which is a plus.
The breakfast is a must try... it is really worth it... the food served is very good and you have a many choices.

I stayed one night as I had come to Manila from Taal as I had an early flight out in the morning. I stayed in the room and enjoyed room service and the comfort of my suite. The suite was very clean and everything worked well. Food was very good, service was very fast and efficient and with a smile. Value for money it is hard to beat.

Room service was fast, food was well covered, hot, and tasty.

as previously written, i will not return to this hotel again when i return to manila. breakfast wise, the food was a limited selection but still decent. the staffs are smiley but not much help initiation. located near the train station. actually is possible to take the local buses to areas such as tagaytay. u have to stop the buses by the roadside. so as a tourist, it was rather awkward.

when i arrived at the hotel, i was kind of disappointed. initally we were given a twin bedroom, meaning two singles bed. after that we asked whether a double bedroom is available. about 15mins later, the hotel staff came to our initial room and brought us to another room. we went in that room and realized that they simply pushed the 2 single beds together. i was happy for their effort but its just that we had a tough time sleeping because the 2 beds just kept splitting. location wise, shopping malls are not that close but this hotel is just walking distance from the local train station, hence not too bad. but given a choice, i will not stay in this hotel again.

Customer service is outstanding and the staff is very professional and courteous.

The restaurant is convenient and the food is well prepared. Breakfast is great and there is a bountiful abundance with a variety of choices. Handicap accessability is tolerable but the stool in the bath is too small and too low plus there is no safe way to access the shower if you are incumbered in your mobility. All in all, it is a good place to setay.

had a great stay at new horizon hotel. my wife and i had no problems at all going to malls since mrt station is just a minute walk from the hotel. our favorite part is the breakfast, lots of food to choose from and a relaxing ambiance at the picasso.

not a finger to point at hotel or staff itself. big light rooms, great bathrooms and very frindly staff! only disapointment was location itself. the neighbourhood is quite noisy and poor and certainly not place you feel comfortabel for for even small walk after dark! is only about 400 meters from metro station, but if you do not want to depend on taxi for all transport consider other location and hotel.
