This is a great place to stay and it is safe and you are pampered from the time you pull up to the property. It offers every amenity imaginable and it is in a great location that you can walk to many exciting endeavors. The rooms are large and clean and the staff helps with any request that you may have.

good service, but sometimes bothering with servant's frequent visit to check if there is something inconvenient~ ^^;;
nice shopping mall, Green Belt is close. in there, I can enjoy kinds of foods, and European culture, music etc. Nice girls are strolling down the street. good to see that~~~~~
Restaurant Tip:
just cross over the street~ then you can find. Starbucks must be the one good place to enjoy in foreign country~

Nice hotel but quite pricey
just right across greenbelt with all the shopping malls, restaurants and bars

the only selling point of this hotel is the location. you just cross the street in front of the hotel and you will be at greenbelt. it has all the bars and restaurants that you can imagine. lots of shopping malls also. the rooms are quite expensive and there is no free wifi. i really do not consider this a five star hotel even though it's advertise as one. limited facilities and eating or drinking inside the hotel is very expensive indeed. just go across the street to wine and dine, much cheaper and the ambience is much better.
Restaurant Tip:
lots of restaurants to choose from. they have all the varieties you are looking for. its all in greenbelt and hey you get free wifi there also.

a big advantabe and unbeatable in comparison to other hotels in makati is the location of the the new world hotel makati city, as it is not far away from the greenbelt 1 to 3 malls, which provide a huge range of international restaurants and bars. great food and nightlife just opposite of the hotel. package for the executive floor is recommendable, although room rate pricing can vary quite a lot. staff is really friendly and supportive. the out door pool is also great as it is 25m long. gym is also well equipped.

a pleasant stay, nice club room area. the staff were efficient and friendly. nice lobby area. good selection of breakfast options. apparently the club room levels are in the process of being updated which is good news as the bathrooms are looking a little tired.

Hotel is located right across Makati Greenbelt 3 shopping mall!!!

hotel is currently going through renovations especially at their executive club floors which we booked at. so we had an older room & experienced some minor technical problems. staff are extra nice & very helpful. hotel is right acrosss the greenbelt area which has great restaurants & shops. glorietta & sm makati are also walking distance. no wifi available in the rooms yet!!!

very good for makati cbd access, as next to greenbelt, which is in turn near glorietta, landmark and sm. hotel was undergoing renovations. service is always good there, but you pay for location. midas near mall of asia is newer, nicer and cheaper but the location of new world is excellent if you dont want to stray far.
