Impeccable service at this amazing 5 star hotel

Checked into the New World Hotel in our final 2 nights of our trip around the Philippines and what an amazing hotel it was. The service was incredible, the location was perfect and the swimming pool was amazing. Highly recommended for business or pleasure. Great way to finish our holiday. Any question you have the staff are very willing to help.

location is great - near shopping, etc.

the friendly atmosphere experienced from the very beginning gave me an indication of what lies ahead during my stay in the hotel. the staff were simply magnificent - friendly, willing to help and always concerned. the room which i had was one that was upgraded for a fee, but i had no regrets. the greatest thing about the hotel is its location which is near the greenbelt area - great restaurants, shopping and nightlife very nearby.
Restaurant Tip:
for great latin music and food visit cafe havana at the greenbelt area just opposite the hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. Service was good. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide selection of international dishes. Close to shopping and business district of Makati. Well appointed room with complete toiletries.

A whole New World...fantastic hotel !
great location right next to nice shopping centers and restaurants, big rooms, comfy bed, customer service perfect, fantastic buffet/food.

my stay was at new world was indeed a great one because the hotel's location and amenities suited my schedule and needs for a relaxing holiday. shops and restaurants are literally on your doorstep, security in the hotel is thourough and staff are very friendly and customer oriented. the deluxe room was clean and roomy, even the pillows are nice and soft! the executive lounge was awesome where you can have your breakfast and have cocktails during happy hour. view was fantastic as you can see the metropolis in a nice perspective. although when i checked out recently, they are renovating the
lobby but really cant see the construction in it. i am totally pleased with my stay and would recommend it to others and will be back on my next holiday in the phils.
Restaurant Tip:
Variety of restaurants around the hotel, greenbelt/glorietta mall got the best restaurants in Makati.

well situated, great view from the room, fine gym and swimming pool

new world is very well situated in makati, just across g|reenbelt mall. the view from the room is great and i liked the gym and swimming pool. there was a lot of staff in the reception area. not always clear to me (and themselves prbably) what they were doing. i was noy impressed by the breakfast.

This is a great hotel, the rooms are very comfortable if only a little dated. This is is fine as the price is very reasonable.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you do want to stay a little economical, there are many laundry services outside the hotel as with most places, the prices are over the top.

Excellent staff service, clean well maintained room, brilliant buffet breakfast and comfortable facilities

I would definitely stay here again. It is in the higher price range where you expect the best, but that is what New World delivers. Close to Greenbelt restaurants and shopping malls, very safe and worth every dollar paid.
