great location, but beds are so small..

Staff are friendly but too much security checks. Dogs seem to be sleeping all the time and not alert at all.
Shopping Tip:
The location of the hotel was very centralized. Great malls and restaurants are all few minutes away and the prices are affordable. The spa was so so but good spas just outside the hotel, inside the mall area. The whole Makati area seemed safe, loads of security guards patrolling the area and quite friendly too. All in all, location for me is ideal, irregardless of the mini beds they have in the double rooms i booked, it was a decent hotel, for the price range. What else can i say but have a nice holiday!

We stayed for a weekend from Friday to Sunday, we enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to very near shopping complex and fine restaurants nearby plus we were able to attend mass @ a nearby chapel of the Sto. Nino. Great!

this is the best hotel in manila for the money. location is great. value from agoda is great (never pay full price). great food and entertainment right out the front door. cool new nightclub paladium onsite. where all the beautiful people go. stay here

Great 5 star hotel

Stayed for a week on a business trip. It was the 3rd time staying there. It has everything a 5 star hotel should have and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Shopping Tip:
It is almost attached to the Greenbelt Shopping centre which has all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars.

We booked an overnight stay at the hotel during a weekend. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and they even upgraded our room to de luxe at no additional cost. (Incidentally, the Philippine boxing champ Manny Pacquiao was also checked-in at the hotel so there were many fans at the lobby) There was a complimentary fruit (green apples), bottles of water, coffee and tea service, and wi-fi, which was great! The location is also superb as Makati's premier shops (Greenbelt) is just right at the hotel's doorstep! The buffet breakfast is also excellent, and staff were courteous and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for other business travelers and tourists.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel pool is an excellent place to chill after a tiring day of shopping at the nearby greenbelt.

This is a highly recommended hotel for the business traveller. It is near Greenbelt where all types of restaurants are available for business meetings, the hotel rooms are nice and big, the service is excellent and with a smile.

the hotel is ideally located just accross the street from a large shopping mall with lots of good shops, bars and restaurants. the rooms are good, but not to five star standard in my view. however, the service is very good and friendly enough.
