Perfect location across street from malls
I like the friendly staff, location literally accross the street from a huge multiple mall complex full of nice bars and restaurants.

Very Disappointing

I have stayed here several times recently. The hotel is undergoing a total refurbishment and the old bedrooms are being renovated. On check in I was asked if I should like to upgrade to the Club Floor at the top of the hotel which I did. After a couple of days the noise from the works was unbearable, I complained and was relocated to the Club lounge Floor and given a free one hour massage in the Spa. Ironically the noise was even worse, fine if you are out all day but totally unacceptable if not. I would advise any potential guests to avoid the Upper Floors until the refurbishment has been completed.
