hotel is very good for a one night stop at manila for an ongoing trip within the philippines.
rooms are clean but not too much comfortable.
as lot of travelers arrive late it is a very noisy hotel.
very friendly staff who are always happy to help.
transfer to airport can be organized. nice little roof top bar for a sundowner drink.

my wife and i stayed one night in this hotel in september of 2011. it's convenient to the airport and only takes about 10 minutes shuttle ride which the hotel provided. the hotel was clean and so was the room, it's not the fancies place in the world but it's not too bad. the room had a working a/c and a hot shower which after a 23 hour plane ride is wonderful. the hotel is a little bit creepy and the neighborhood is not so great; i would suggest not going out and doing any site seeing. the staff was not rude but they weren't the friendliest people in the world. i think for the price you could take a longer taxi ride and stay at a nicer and cheaper hotel. however if you just want to get to a room take a shower and crash then this place will do the trick.

had a slightly hard time looking for the hotel as it's located on a dimly lit road. i ordered the room online and prepaid. checkin was fast and easy. had to pay for additional person and they brought in a cot. we arranged early wakeup call and they suggested to give us sandwiches to take for breakfast.
the next day we got our wake up call and as we checked out found out they forgot to make the sandwiches. that was not a pleasant experience.
also there's limited parking, a small lot in the back and a few in the front by the road. they do have 24 hr guards for the vehicles.
i would go back as it's priced decently and is close to airport and mall of asia. taxis are available with decent price.

it is quite near the airports in manila and very accessible to the sm moa. not a very busy street so the noise is not a nuisance. quite distant from commercial and entertainment hubs, though a taxi ride can fix that problem. no frills and straight to the point hotel. the bar in the roof deck also is a nice place to unwind.

simple hotel with basic amenities. suitable for anyone catching a flight the following day. washroom heater needs to be improved as water isn't hot enough. very clean and tidy and very helpful ladies at front desk.
Travel tip:
Close proximity to the Airport and Mall of Asia.

we used the hotel for a one-night stay before the ongoing journey to boracay. our priority was a hotel near the airport. this hotel is very good located, has friendly and helpful staff. we checked in at 1.00am and everything was done quick. after 5 minutes we arrived at our rooms.
the rooms are small but clean. nothing really luxurious but for a night it is fully acceptable. there is also a nice roof top bar for a short drink before sleeping. transfer to airport can be arranged from hotel for 300php.
disadvantage is the noise. as a lot of travellers arrive during night and late night the sound is sometimes horrible and you hardly can sleep. all in all it is ok and we used this hotel twice already.

booked through agoda my arrival night and when i returned they rememberd me. the roogtp bar/restaurant allows a spectacular view of city. breakfast is not bad and the beds, rooms pillows are very comfortable for a western's taste. free wifi and a old style tv in your rooms.
definitely recommendfor easy airport access. the nighborhood is not onea single woman traveller would traverse at night. taxis and hotel shuttle is available for a fee if you want to go out.

nice hotel i stayed at superior room its neat and pleasant but. you have to pay for the pick up and no free shuttle services unlike the manila airport hotel.One occasion a Taxi driver drove us everywhere and i jump out from the taxi tried to talk to the police in the street. that's the time the driver smarten up and took us to the hotel.The hotel itself just nextdoor of the hospital one thing easy to remember as a landmark.
