This Hotel is furnished with luxury & comfort in mind. Their rooms or i should rather say apartments are well equipt with everythign from a fully functioning kitchen (stove, oven, coffe machine) to a washing/Drayer machine & a quite studdy desk at the corner of the room. Generous storage space in the closet for more than 2 people. This hotel is excelent if your planning a long stay in Manila 3days +.

Rooms are not child friendly. Lots of sharp edges. Had to wait 1hour to get an ice bag, which they charged to our bill.
Pool was very dirty. Took about ten rings for the staff to answer our calls. Takes a good hour for the staff to bring in what we asked for.
We may give it another try since the time we stayed was during the holidays. Probably they too were overwhelmed by the number of guests

almost perfect....but...

I satyed with my daughters in a de luxe room ,I dnt have any complain with regards to our room( which is really nice) the room service,security wise...everything is ok..until while waiting for my daughters to wake up from their usual aftenoon nap
I decided to go to the gym and afte I feel the need to get a massage... when I ask if its available they said YEs when they called the therapist a girl wearing a civilian clothes told the boy from the pool desk "pwede after 15 minutes...." huh?????? considering the fact that this is not included to my stay meaning il pay extra charge......I just feel kinda dissapointed cause I am a regular customer here....
I just hope that this won't happen to other guest!

extremely happy & good sleep with the beddings. In fact it is bettercomapred with the ones . In terms of room design, the laypout is fantastic too. nice to have the tv in the toilet though it is not important tohave, that is just a little more luxury in life
