big jaccuzz bath tub with low window opening is really nice for shower in night as you can view the whole city view while soaking in water.
many resturants at the same building, very convenience. Room is big but furiture is too small , leaving you with many place to walk but look empty. The bed is queen size instead of King size in Duplex room. Internet need extra charges but this is not stated clearly in booking website. If compare with Diamond hotel,a bit disapoointed with Pan Pacific ,as the hotel name is supposed to be more world class. Have stay in diamond hotel before, room & furiture are all giant size & very comfortable especially the full length sofa . Also security check not secure as any car can come right to the loading/unloading area with cheak even through there is a barrier & guard. Customers move in hotel also never checked as compare with other 5 star hotel.

I love the bed,view,nice bathroom. I had a great expierence. At first greeting the staff were very friendly from the time that i walked in the front door at check in all the way till check out. The room had a great view and the bed was out of this world, it was so comfortable. The layout of the restroom was great too there was plendy of room in the whole restroom. The outside of the hotel is a block from one of the SM malls in manila that is a comfortable 5 minute walk. Overall i cant wait to stay there again.

The Pan Pacific is well situated in the Malati area and near the harbour for walks and Robinsons shopping mall which has been upgraded.
The Butler service is a feature which I appreciate . Personal attention is the main feature of the Butler service. The hotel security is execclent. The night time cview from the top floor is great not to forget the daytime view at breakfast time! The environment immediately outside the hotel and street vendors can be a nuisance The Pan Pacific is ideally situated and despite the traffic snarls that can occur in Manila it is a good driove along Roxas Boulevard from the airport.
The Butlers are very welcoming and courteous.
The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have experienced enhanced of course by the ambience of the top floor restaurant and its panoramic views of Manila Bay etc.
The rooms are spacious and generous with facilities and quiet.
The accessibilityb of the hotel to tourist attractions, shopping and exercise areas is a plus.
Streety people outside the hotel can be a nuisance the moment one steps out the door.
Shopping Tip : Robinson's Mall is great.

BREAKFAST, COURTEOUS STAFF I was booked to stay in a hotel in Ortigas but the traffic there is just horrible. So decided to go to Pan Pacific in Malate . I found this hotel an excellent choice. The breakfast has so many options and large quantities of fruit. First day , during my breakfast , I did not find plane natural yogurt ( that is my number 1 requirement for breakfast ) as they had fruit yogurts but I told the waiteress about it. Next day , they told me that they got it especially for me. The view from the room was very nice. Front desk staff is very courteous. They have good security.
Nightlife Tip : There is plenty of night life around this location including restaurants and casinos.

Nice rooms , good breakfast I have stayed in different hotels but this hotel is my choice hotel. Rooms are big and nice. Staff is very courteous. They have good security. Breakfast have so many many options that you can choose any thing from indian cusine to chinese or arabic food.

2. Ermita is dirty and crowded The hotel is excellent in its facilities. Nice swimming pool, adequate gym facilities, rooms are tastefully furnished and bathrooms have good space and facilities. Ermita is dirty area and you will see many people, including families, sleeping on the pavement and begging for food and money. The area is the centre for entertainment bars and the main road, Adriatico, changes at night from quiet street to a busy and noisy street with bars and shows. For casino lovers the hotel has one and it is also 3 minutes from a very large casino in Hyatt hotel. There are many restaurants on the side of the hotel that are operated independently and offer good choice of food at normal prices instead of higher hotel prices. Robinson shopping mall is 5 minutes walk with supermarket, department store, and at least 100 restaurant and cafe. Breakfast buffet is one of the best in the area. There are also many internet cafes around the hotel offering very low cost services.

Near the seaside.
Lots of pubs and night life. Distant travel to business district. Its been the 5th time that I have return to Pan Pacific located in Malate. Even if its far from the the business district I still preferred to stay here every time I return to Manila. The butler service provided is without say one of the best around in Manila. The place is located in a street where there are a lot of pubs and restaurants. If you want to try your luck there is also a few casino situated in the area.

In the middle of Manila. Comfortable hotel It's look little dangerous in during the night on streets around... Hotel has a good location in the centre. Services are good. I had few late diner orders during night. King rooms are comfy with nice overview on city. Many Japan turists or bussinessmans are using this hotel. I feel secure in the hotel, but on the streets close to hotel could be dangerous. Little expensive for Phillipines but confy. Not bad deal. Usually many peoples on the breakfast.

High security, room is clean, good manner, friendly and kind employee. Pool is small, business center clerk(guy) very unsociable i don't like him. No welcome fruit or drink, bed spring mattress is hard. In total, its very good hotel. Very comfortable hotel.

definatley the way Im treated as soon as i arrive..Like a VIP...nice to feel the warmth i couldnt find any weaknessnesss this time I once again was in Manila and decided to try Pan Pacific Manila again, WOW, same, no Better than before, these guys/ladies get it right everytime. The service from the moment i stepped into their reception to the day I checked out. Outstanding!!! really, a step above, the entire staff has what it takes to PLEASE. They call Thailand the "the land of smiles", well, they need to visit the Pan Pacific and they would see unlimited SMILES. I will always chose this comforting stay when im in Manila.
Shopping Tip : Again, Robinson Mall has everything you need or desire, and it's only a 5-8 min walk.

Well, i have enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Great room, amazing service in every part of the hotel. Love the bathroom, cozy and roomy. The room is always clean. Very efficient too, newspaper is ready every single morning, towels and mini bar foods are change/replace quickly. Very helpful and polite staffs. There's always room for improvement. That is why they invent reviews for positive/negative feedback. Not to criticize but to make it better. The TV, my partner and I love watching TV/movie but every time we do, its always something wrong with the channels, we find it annoying in a way. In addition, when my cousin and I went for swimming its very disturbing when the hotel staffs stare at you in your swimming wear with a bit of malice. But besides all this i have rate the hotel 8.5 out of 10.

The first step into the gorgeous hotel was most impressive, from the greeting of the profesional staff at the door to the check-in process, i was amazed everything went so smoothly and executed with precision. I was impressed at the organization, and customer service first and foremost. The security made me feel VERY safe and i put my trust and safety in their hands with hestitation. Excellent Hotel. The only thing i could find that didn't meet my expectations was the Margarita Glass was not ornamented enough for me, i was expecting a nice Margarita glass but instead was served the Margarita in a regular Jack and Coke glass...That's about all i could find wrong... I was in Bataan and dropped into Manila, i didnt have a Hotel reservation so i went to the nearset internet cafe and booked a stay at Pan Pacific Manila Hotel. I stayed there once before in the past and decided I'd try it again. Well, i'm glad i did, the experiece was a good if not better than the first time. The beauty of the interior and exterior really drives home the comfort and peacefulness of a safe, relaxing environment inside the heart of a major metropolis city of the World. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated, and the immenties are user friendly. Try to get a room facing Manila bay, the sunsets are magnificient. The butler service is wonderful, with one touch of the phone, you have a well educated and mannered butler at your disposal. The breakfast on the 21st floor is amazing, overlooking the entire city of Manila as well as the bay. The entire staff was more than willing to make my stay at their place of work, feel like a place of luxury. I enjoyed every min of my stay. Oh, BTW, the huge bath tubs are relaxing, especially when a guy my size can fit in comfortably (6' 205 lbs) and have water flow over my entire body. I reccomend this stay to anyone that enjoys the good life!!!
Shopping Tip : Robinson Mall is within walking distance, probably 5 min walk from the front door of the Hotel. Everything you need will be in this mall, it's Huge!

staff very friendly, very secure. good location. good food. clean and nice size rooms need to update the looks . little dated but clean.internet very expensive. walk to coffee bean at robertson mall.5min walk. i would stay here again very nice staff. i would recommend to all my friends. swimming pool is very nice at night. not to crowded. jacuzzi was not working one night other than that the place is really nice. very convient to all shopping areas. really don't have to go very far to eat. i will stay here next time the price is alright for a 5 star hotel.had a good stay not many beggers in the area also .thanx
