Best Choice in Manila
Rooms, Service, Staff, Location

was staying at a "boutique" hotel in makati for the same money as the pan pacific; but the hotels are like night and day. pan pacific manila is an excellent property; the staff was very responsive to our requests and managed any issue we encountered with professional attention. highly recommended.

Great Service. Nearly Perfect Stay
Service, Rooms, Staff, Location
9.3
we can't imagine staying anywhere else in manila. the service is great; the rooms are great; the upgrades are great; the location is great; and the 150 peso taxi rides to shopping and business in makati are easy.

We Continue to Love Pan Pacific
Location, Design of Room, Large Rooms, Service

We can't say enough great things about the Pan Pacific Hotel. After staying here, I don't think we will stay anywhere else in Manila. Earlier, we tried the Picasso B. Hotel in Malate and the beds were so hard I had to sleep on the couch; but in Pan Pacific, for the same money, the beds and pillows are heavenly; the service was excellent; the value is good.

Our Favorite Hotel in Manila
Service, Staff, Rooms, Location
9.3
we came to pan pacific manila in malate after some sleepless nights in makati, the financial district. we were immediately impressed with the pan pacific when we walked into the lobby; and were equally impressed with our rooms. we decided to extend our stay at least two more nights. having the robinson's mall only a few minutes walk from the hotel is a big plus; food, groceries, banking and more minutes from your front door.

Good hotel in a not so good surrounding
Nice big room with jacuzzi tub
6.7
Service is good, offer an extra bed to child without extra charge. The airport transfer is courteous. Only three lifts to the room. Breakfast price is too expensive. Lots of hospitality girls in this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Very near a shopping mall where you can have different type of foods

Good location, pleasant rooms
10
we got a good deal with agoda on this "5-star" hotel and enjoyed our stay.
the room was equipped with all that you would expect - very comfortable bed, business desk, free wifi, large plasma tv, mini-bar, etc. lovely bathroom with nice fittings. room also had a great view of manila and the bay. enjoyed the extra bonuses of hand-made chocolates delivered to the room at night, well-priced room service and a 'personal concierge'.
plenty of good restaurants in the area, and small range of cafes next to the hotel lobby. very good security in the hotel too....

Nice hotel
Easy walk to Robinsons, access to rest of city
8.7
I stayed here for a night visiting a friend in Manila. Had a good stay. No problems with the room. Location is ok but a lot of street vendors, and beggars in the area.
