Good hotel in a not so good surrounding

Service is good, offer an extra bed to child without extra charge. The airport transfer is courteous. Only three lifts to the room. Breakfast price is too expensive. Lots of hospitality girls in this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Very near a shopping mall where you can have different type of foods

great hotel worth every penny from the service provided upon arriving to check out the staff never missed a beat and made me feel special. i will be back. room was immaculant and comfortable. top shelf hotel at a reasonable price.

we got a good deal with agoda on this "5-star" hotel and enjoyed our stay.
the room was equipped with all that you would expect - very comfortable bed, business desk, free wifi, large plasma tv, mini-bar, etc. lovely bathroom with nice fittings. room also had a great view of manila and the bay. enjoyed the extra bonuses of hand-made chocolates delivered to the room at night, well-priced room service and a 'personal concierge'.
plenty of good restaurants in the area, and small range of cafes next to the hotel lobby. very good security in the hotel too....

Nice hotel
Easy walk to Robinsons, access to rest of city

I stayed here for a night visiting a friend in Manila. Had a good stay. No problems with the room. Location is ok but a lot of street vendors, and beggars in the area.

It felt like a home away from home. My family were so contented with the room. Ive never heard them saying "euw" or "yak". Room is big with big bathroom and with a great city view. We will definitely go back there on our next vacation.

We spent the last night of our honeymoon in the Pan Pacific Manila and are satisfied with the facilities and service provided. The room was excellent with the view of city and the bay. There were plenty of dining choices and the facilities were great.

A standard 5-star hotel, small lobby, sizable room
Close to Robinson's mall (5 minutes walk), short walking distance to the mall for coffee, restaurants, grocery, and etc.

Better book higher floor. We lived on the 20th floor, still could hear the noises from the street bars at night time. This hotel was in the old town of Manila, so was surrounded with lots of old buildings and streets. We saw big mouse running through the trash dumped on the street. Don't respond to the strangers on the streets.

I like staying at the Pan Pacific, even if I don't like the prices, but sometimes you need a little comfort. The hotel is not in the greatest surroundings but it is very close to Robinsons Mall, great for eating and shopping. The lobby/reception is very nice and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The welcome drink is a nice touch. The rooms are great, and the bathrooms are luxuriant - though be careful getting out of the bath, its easy to slip and the ledge is very wide.

Wud like to suggest that there shud be a lift service direct to the gym instead have to walk thro the swimming pool to access the gym.
