I must say my stay at the hotel was a good one....i would recommend it to anyone....very good location......malls were close by....you could walk to them......the staff was very good....the room was clean.....over all my stay there was very enjoyable......the complementary breakfast was very good....i have no complants at all about my stay there

i can honestly say.....nothing bad to say....the staff was very good at fulfilling any needs

very basic and a touch dirty. very expensive if you don't book through agoda. Tried to get an extra night at the front desk and it cost me 2x more. Staff is not helpful but you get what you pay for. Not a great location but walking distance to the train stop that gives you good access. Not many good food options close but good cheap base for exploring the city.
Breakfast buffet is great - I was able to order my omelet with egg whites only and cooked with no oil. Lots of fruit and coffee.

- Shopping Tip : Jump on the train and go to Taft, then get a jeepney to the Mall of Asia (8.5 peso and 15 min).

The hotel rendered us a very good service and the staff is very aproachable. The hotel is very clean and not expensive. The place is very good for overlooking because it is near the bay.
Not expensive, near Manila Bay.
Reception area is not convenient.

Last time I stayed here I had trouble because hotel staff forgot my wake up call but this time, they worked properly
comparatively, big room and has spacious queen sized bed. they serve nice breakfast.
pass code in door safe is easy to be peeped by the guest

The Pearl Hotel is definately not a 4 star hotel. I would say something like 3 or even 2.5 star.
As a matter of fact, we begin with an ugly entrance in a small street. It doesn t really feel safety at night.
Then you got the staff which is really not friendly at all or yes if you are a girl. By the way, it just unacceptable that some guys of the staff were whistling at my girlfriend.
The room are really really bad looking escpecially for a 4 stars hotel. You can find great 3 stars very close in Manille which are much better looking than the Pearl. The clim smell strange, the shower is old, the fridge was empty...
The breakfast was not good and the choice is limited. Again the staff is not really helpfull if you need help.
I definitaly advise against this so called 4 stars hotel. You can find so better not very far.

We stayed at the Pearl Manila Hotel for 3 nights. Unfortunately we paid in advance or we would move out after our first night. First, the room is very noisy. You can hear outside traffic and the worse, the train goes by. Disappointed it cost 300 Peso an hour to use the internet (in the mall it only costs 50 Peso an hour). Downstair the ground floor guards though, are very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of taxi drivers who do not know about this hotel, and taxi drivers took us to a similarly nameed but wrong hotel. It's not really close to the attractions and restaurants. And you are not allowed to bring food back to the hotel. We will not stay here again if we come back to Manila.

Upon check in the staff was very friendly, after getting into my room I noticed the air conditioning was running and the room was nice and cool after getting in from that outside heat, bed was fresh and clean, bathroom was spotless. The breakfasts are very good and plenty to choose from, the resturaunt was all together good, room service was very quick and polite. Greeting from the elevator staff was always polite and talkative. I will stay at the Pearl Manila Hotel again.

Price was great, food was great, service was great, all the staff were very courtious and friendly, room was kept very clean, bathroom was clean, not a complaint at all. Thank you

None. Even the double bed we were charged for was two single beds joined together. Horrible location.
Just a shocking and tiring experience for us.

OVERALL, WE HAVE HAD A VERY NICE STAY IN PEAL HOTEL BUT WE WILL CERTAINLY NOT COME BACK AGAIN.
