This hotel only has two elevators that serve 20-or-so floors so you will be waiting a few minutes any time you need to ride one. At night they turn one of the elevators off to save money so you will be waiting a good 5-10 minutes. There is no internet in the rooms. The internet in the lobby has a firewall which blocks a lot of sites like craigslist, and also torrent apps and some instant messaging apps. The breakfast and luch buffets are awesome and are 300 and 375 pesos. This hotel could be a lot better, but alas, it is run by Filipinos.
