room is big that's the plus with the bedroom not open to view
needs renovation since the rooms look old as well as the furnishings. the toilet/bath is small
we had a hard time looking for palanca st. the room is quite big but did not have a homey feeling since the furbishing was quite old. the toilet/bath was also small. but we liked that the bedroom was not open to view. the room also didn't smell and look clean although the bedsheets and pillows were very white. as well as the towels ( and they smell clean). we liked that the breakfast is delivered to your room and promptly too. its good for those who were travelling/checking out early like us. at least we got to leave with a full stomach. i hope they renovate all the rooms and give it a modern ambiance. the aircon also in the room was located in such a way that you dont feel there was an aircon since you sweat. i hope they wont put it near the foot of the bed but somewhere up.

Located in the Makati Financial District, Elegant Lobby. Lovely Skyline View from the Top Floor.Walking distance to Ayala Museum, Greenbelt. Quiet prime location.
Some of the Units are Old and not so par with today's gadgetry. The kitchen needs a make over, we got a century old water cooker which had short cables it was almost impossible to be connected to the electrical socket.. Bathroom are also antiquated..without the word Mansion attached to the La Perla, one would not be attracted to book this hotel..
I booked us on the La Perla as we wanted to stay in Makati on this district near Greenbelt and the Ayala Museum. We walked to the Museum and got very lucky to have viewed some of the best paintings of Amarsolo which were on exhibits there. The location is great, it is Makati but on this quiet Palanca street.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walking distance to the Ayala Museum. If one desires, the night scene is not so far away so choice to stay in watch TV, mix her own Mai Tai and enjoy the skyline at night from a high floor, is possible so with going out to party

Close to the Green Belt location is very good. Also, the reception was polite as well. The elevator was clean. The price is really cheap.
愕然was in the room and fell like a rotten old ruins too. And not even a ghost, one is to stay as he is scared. In addition, there were ants in the room. I do not at all in building maintenance.
Breakfast is the point and bring it to the room is a little character. The apartment is basically the same and the inhabitants in general. Around the front of the hotel is good and look good, and we need to do is give the refurbished room.
Restaurant Tip : In front of the Legaspi Park, next to the SAMASETTOMIRENIAMUHOTERU, wine club, wine bar is recommended. Wine and cheese are the best in the state. The atmosphere is great.
