Please note that king size bed isn't available, the hotel provides only queen size bed. Additionally, requests for two separate beds are subjected to availability and is chargeable. Please note that standard check in time is 2:00 pm, and check out is 12:00 pm. Early check in and late check out is subject to space availability and will have corresponding charges as deemed by the condotel. Please be informed that all guest rooms are "NON SMOKING" category. A penalty of Php 1,000 will be assessed for smoking in a guest room. Hotel reserves the right to asses additional charges for cleaning cost in excess of Php 1,000 and items that require replacement.
Please note that:
- An Incidental Deposit of PHP 2,000 for guests staying from 1 to 3 nights, and PHP 4,000 for guests staying 4 nights and beyond is required upon check in.
- Guests are required to present at least two (2) valid ID's upon check in.

The room was an artsy design and the hotel was well-located next to the Greenbelt. The staff had a poor service attitude and the internet was difficult to use.
