we have to tranfer to another room 'cause have filthy smell. but front desk first is not keen on accommodating our request, she have many reasons till i said i was booked using agoda. then she said she will find us another room. and another problem it doesnt have free wifi u have to pay 120/hr.

Rude service, beds not ready even if we checked in at 8pm, previous stay here was the same if it wasn't for the location wouldn't have stayed here again
Shopping Tip:
Greenbelt five beside it is the main selling point, BSA towers are closer though

Big rooms, location next to Greenbelt, Glorietta Malls and Shangri La hotel

Place was in amazing location near greenbelt floor. Rooms large. Noisy aircon otherwise free water and nice hot showers. Skip the breakfast and go to the Pancake House nearby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Corregidor for the day tour. Also try to go Intramuros and the American Cemetary of the Pacific.

Great place to stay if you're simply just gonna visit Manila (i.e. Makati) to shop, eat, and relax. It's simply a place to sleep until your next shopping trip the next day.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Request for a room in the higher floors. We got ours on the 5th floor and we can hear the loud annoying parking ramp buzzer every 5-10 mins or so all the way 'till 2AM!!!

The place is a good choice for business travelers as well as shoppers. Big rooms, cooing and dining area is good enough..even to call few friends and have a dinner..Spacious and all gadgets work and well maintained prpoerty. I reccomend...

the staff was friendly and the location right next to the greenbelt mall is convenient with plenty of restaurant and night life options, plus the obvious shopping.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The room included breakfast, but note that there's no restaurant, so you have to order your breakfast from room service and they bring it to you in perhaps 30 minutes.

The fact that the hotel is opposite to the Green Zones is a great asset
