the mall (Greenbelt 5)is less than a minute away. finding a taxi is a breeze. good value for your money considering that it's in a prime location
the bed and sofa needs sprucing up
i was in town for a meeting. it was a surprise that it was so near the mall and the restaurants. i felt completely safe walking to and from the hotel. finding a taxi to take me to the airport was easy too.i would recommend it to my friends and would definitely stay there again

The location is very good, it's on greenbelt shopping mall with many shops, bars en good restaurants.
Some rooms are old fashion or noisy. The swimming pool and gym are not available for hotel users bud for unit owners. The reception can be more friendly.
I book the hotel for the good location and the swimming pool. But swimmingpool was not available for unit holders, i was angry and disapointed about that. I will never book this hotel again.
Shopping Tip : Great shopping near the hotel

Close to Shopping Malls, safe and clean, Central business location.
Inattentive counter staff, room needs repairs, unavailability of some facilities (advertised by hotel in Internet information being readily available?)
I do like the hotel based on being central to business areas in Makati and particularly the shops, eating places etc. However, the room we have been allocated (1 Bedroom) is in desperate need of maintenance. At the time of our stay celings were leaking, faulty exhaust fan (stove), main bed is in dire need of replacement, our request for a 3 separate bed was not provided until we agreed to pay extra for another bed for a further 4 nights (costly), pool usage was not available for short termed visitors, request for a hairdryer was not provided until the 2nd day... to mention a few.
Shopping Tip : Landmark and other shopping malls are just around the corner. Dining at the malls are excellent where there's a variety of choice. Access to Greenhills shopping is also not too far, between 15-20 mins taxi ride. Make sure you ask taxi drivers though to have their meters on or you will get charged extra fares.

within the commercial area
old facility. needs renovation
The place is just across Greenblelt area, however its proximity doe not compensate to the sorry state of the room. It is very old and really needs refurbishing. The light in the toilet was blinking and the tap on the sink was loose. We did not bother to report it anymore as we were just staying overnight. The only poistive thing in the room was the airconditioning unit which was working well.
Breakfast was not free which I did not realized until we were ordering for breakfast as the staff that checked us in told us there was free breakfast.
Shopping Tip : very close to shopping area. wear comfortable shoes as while roaming around.

very close to greenbelt mall
pillows are so thin, blanket/sheet is too light
I like my stay at Prince II hotel. It is very close to the mall and you don't have to worry of a taxi ride of going back from shopping or dining even late in the evening because you don't need one. The price is reasonable considering the closeness of the hotel to everything in Makati area.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is close to mall with everything you need. You don't have to go anywhere else as far as shopping and dining is concern.

The Greenbelt Mall is just around the corner; Clean Rooms; Friendly staff; Quick check-in and check out; Not too expensive.
Room design and lay out could use some improvement.
Noisy bathroom fan.
This is my first time to stay in this hotel. It made a good first impression, with Greenbelt Mall just across the street. The reception staff were friendly. The room was clean and good smelling. The bed was a bit small for a couple, and maybe not too comfortable. There is a stove for cooking, a fridge, silver and china, a TV, and a small laundry area to dry clothes. Towels, soap, shampoo and complimentary bottle of water are provided.. in short, everything you need. Breakfast is ala carte, but they have a good selection. I will stay here again; it's such great value for money, especially if you'll be out all day and just come here to sleep.
Shopping Tip : Stay here if you plan to do some serious shopping in the boutiques of Greenbelt. It's literally just across the street.

As written in other reviews, location is excellent right next to the hi-end Green Belt shopping area with lots of shopping and dining options. Rooms are more like service apartment style with dining table and pantry, condition of rooms and furnitures are quite old and the lifts are shared with apartment owners. Rooms should come with breakfast but I was not inform of any breakfast arrangement.

Location, room rate and cleanliness
Unfriendly Front Desk Staff
No greetings and no eye contact when the front desk staff talk to the customers, hope this can be improved soon. With the advantages of location, room rate and cleanliness; combined with friendly, attentive and approachable ground staff, Prine Plaza II should rank high within the same hotel grade.
Travel tip : Proximity to the shopping area in Makati City and central business district.

The front desk staff & concierge were nice and friendly. I liked that the hotel is just right across one (if not the best) of Makati's excellent dining and shopping district. The hotel offer spaceous rooms.
I didn't like the fact that they don't have free wi-fi, and that service is only on certain floors. It couldn't go up to the 5th floor (where my family stayed). Customer service in that department was poor. They need to debug or defog the place. Although it's understandable that the hotel is very old.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Prince Plaza II. It was a comfortable place to stay and very convenient since it's just a few steps away from Greenbelt; and a few minutes walk to Glorietta.

Noisy fan in the bathroom
You can choose your breakfast from more than 10 varieties from Filipino dishes to Western style, but the delivery of breakfast to the room is not very punctual. It would be recommended to allow enough time for it when you order. It may come 20 to 30 min. late or sometimes “earlier” than ordered.

Noisy fan in the bathroom
I’ve already stayed in this hotel more than ten times. Although some people may say the quality of furniture should be improved, for the price and location I don’t want to complain about it. But if the bathroom fan were less noisy, I could feel better at ease when I use the bathroom.

Spaciuos room, very close to Makati City Centre
Good Security,Clean
Lots of cafes and restaurant, shopping nearby
Noise level
Should change the mattress of the bed
Overall very good value for money.I liked that the Hotel is very central and that you can do lots of things in walking distance.
Liked the Kitchen set up, very convinient for me.
Good, helpful & friendly staff, specially security needs to be mentioned.
Maybe should sonsider to upgrade the bed & sofa. Already a bit tired.
Think this a very good place for someone who likes to be close by of shops/restaurants ect.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit Ayala Museum, it's woth it!!
