Upon check-in I was not informed that a baggage pass/gate pass was needed when you bring your luggage out. The security people are quite rude. The staff needs to be more aware of their rules & changes made. The room was quite basic. There is no refrigerator, no coffee/tea maker or closets to hang your clothes nor any drawers. The AC is locked on a certain temp. and you can not change it. No ice machines in any floor. We had to ask to have it brought up to our room but in the end they don't even have any to bring! The bathroom is quite small. The worst part is the noise outside the room and the smoke smell in the hallway. It is a smoking hotel which they should be made aware to guests who would like to book. Overall this is the first & the last time I will be at this hotel. I will not recommend this place to my friends or anyone I know and will never have a good word from me.

it's nice to be back after a few weeks. so attentive and friendly staff and the very important is,,, it's not so expensive hotel. we had our large twin beds in a high floor. its closest to shopping mall and other local food chains. so great to recommend to others! God Bless... :)

It's as what they promised in their ads. The people were also very accommodating. The rooms are neatly prepared, and everything is on it's place. Actually, if you'd to read the website of the hotel, they've mentioned everything you need to know about the place, so I encountered no problems during my stay here at Remington.
If there is something I would disapprove about the place, it would definitely be the comfort room. It's too small.
