Nice staff and rooms were nice

It was a nice place to stay the receptionist upgraded my room at no extra cost which is nice because we had an infant with us . It's close to robinsons mall so that's a plus and we only had one issue really

바로앞에 마닐라베이가 있으며 하얏트 옆에 한국PC방이있어 심심하지도 않네요

Lovely n freindly hotel stuff are nice and helpful as well and the food is good its in front of a casino if wanna gamble n shopping mall if you love to shop so its a very nice place to be.

Nice hotel with clean room and smily staffs
Robimsons Galleria and lots of restaurants are just walking distance away.

the hotel has checked us in inspite of our early arrival around 8 am without any extra charge, that is nice of them. the rooms are not big but cosy, clean, bath room spacious and clean. the staffs were friendly and helpful. breakfast was good. enjoyed my 3 days stay there. will surely recommend to friends and will stay again.

stayed for two nights with family (two suites), the triple deluxe suites are clean and spacious for children to play around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
manila ocean park and starcity are nice places for kids to enjoy

Good location but too much traffic

I booded and requested a non smoking room with balcony. Upon checkin I discovered I was assigned a smoking room with no balcony. I immediately complained but was told that there were no rooms available for me to stay in with what I wanted. I was given a temporary non smoking room which had an airdonditioner that barely worked. I was told to move the next day. Very poor service by front desk. The bell boys provided very good service. I am a regular customer and this hotel should have taken better care of me.
Restaurant Tip:
Eat at Robinson Mall, it is safer, cheaper and better food than the restaurants nearby.
