Refurbished Room and modern bathroom with power shower.

Best place for the price I've stayed in this area. Close to Robinsons Mall. Refurbished room, modern bathroom with power shower and free toiletries, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Breakfast included. Free safety deposit. Friendly helpful staff. 400 peso for hotel taxi to airport. Knowledgeable driver speaking very good English. Two lifts. I'll stay here again. Only negative is carpet in room is a bit grubby and could do with cleaning.
Shopping Tip:
Robinsons Mall very close.

arrived at the hotel and checked in early which they don't charge as long as there's an available room. the room that i first stayed in was on the 3rd floor. it was nice but at night it was noisy from all the cars outside. the only problem that i really had was the cell reception. there was little to no signal available. not good if you're expecting a call or text because sometimes the signal would be loss or the message would be delayed. probably needs signal boosters installed on the lower floors. in the morning i asked if there was another room available due to that issue. they had one available but i had to add more for the remaining nights that i stayed there. would've been nice if it was free. wifi price is expensive. food is good. had the free breakfast and i also ordered some in my room. good thing about the location is it's near the mall, 7-eleven, casino and when you need a ride you don't have to walk very far. would stay here again if cell reception was better or they would make wifi free for the guests.

Friendly Hotel with good service

I requested for an early checkup and they gave me my room before noon. Very good service throughout my stay except a small problem with the house-keeping when they questioned too much as I requested for extra pillows..The coffee-shop serve excellent food, starting with tasty and frest breakfast to good ala carte menu food varieties...Really no second thought to stay in this hotel again on my next visit...

i found that the decision to stay at this hotel was not a useful one. i did not enjoy the hotel, nor its location. i had dealings with filipinos who showed me the caring and friendly side of the people of the country. this was helpful after experiencing the people on the streets in this area. i met with people who appeared to be friendly, but who were just out to get as much out of the "foreigner" as possible, regardless of what it might cost. i did not like the area at all and found it to be a bit on the "unsafe" side.

Newly renovated, nice staff.
This hotel is located in the center of Malate nightlife and very close to a major shopping mall.

This is a very nice, well run hotel. The rooms have recently been renovated. The staff is very helpful. It sit in the middle of Malate nightlife with a casino across the street. The are several 5 star hotels close by. It is also close to many site seeing opportunities. The American Embassy is a 5 minute cab ride.
Travelers must be very careful in Malate as there is a lot of street crime. One of our companions had her purse snatched literally as she entered our hotel.

Great location
Near Robinsons mall and nite life

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I liked the location firstly because it is a short taxi ride to World Trade Centre where I participated in an exhibition. Secondly the hotel is near to nite life and many other amenities. There are several 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby.
