It's a hotel with 3 stars but facility with 1 star . No wifi even in lobby . No iron box in the room or even with request. Not friendly staff.

The hotel was renovating at the time of our stay, so the hallways were not the best. But the work stopped at dusk so we weren't disturbed by the noise.

i enjoyed my stay with my 18-month-old. he had a lot of room to play. im satisfied considering the amount i paid $45 with breakfast.. twas old but clean and thats what important to me.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you plan to stay long dont opt with breakfast or you would get tired of same menu everyday.

Our stay was awesome.
the location is great. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby and it's also close to shopping centres and other tourists spots.

The hotel is very near to Robinson Makati and there is many restaurant around this area. You can catch Jeepney nearby and the closest MRT is about 10m. I can say the location is perfect but the hotel is a bit old. The management can slightly improve on the condition to make it more attractive.
I booked a standard room for two but weird thing is they just give me the breakfast for 1 person which I need to pay for another.
Overall, I will recommend to stay on this hotel if you just looking for a convenience and reasonable price location to stay.

You can have any type of restaurants near the hotel

set in malate. this is a good and inexpensive hotel. renovations completed only months ago. safety deposit box not in room but at lobby desk.
room is comfortable. only single elevator but quick enough. many good fast food restaurants at robinsons shopping center. many ktv
are close such as beppan-san. also pick up bar, manila bay cafe is walking distance.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy to get cab to green hills shopping but one hour away.

Located on Adriatico. So it mean very nice location.
Room condition is pretty good. Because big size inside the room.
But dot ask desk double bed. Because each one double bed is so small size.
If you are western people you can not sleep on these bed
So I can say this hotel rate is bery resonable.

A well located hotel just 5 minutes walk from Robinson Place Ermita, approx. 15min walk from Pedro Gill MRT but i wouldn't recommend taking the MRT as it is very crowded. No hotel facility whatsoever but the rate is cheap. Serve a set of American Breakfast instead of buffet style. Friendly staff, will help you to call up a metered taxi when needed. Suitable for Solo / couple but not recommend for family.
