Good service but room looks tired

Stayed for 2 nights mid of May.
Hotel is just 5 mins walk from green belt area with lots of restaurants and supermarkets and shops. Staff are all friendly and they greet you every time they see you. Staff at their in house restaurant Azzurro were very helpful and attentive.

The staff was very gracious and accommodating when we had to move our reservation twice because of the typhoon Bebeng. And upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very helpful in giving us directions to the nearest dive shop. The room was spacious and clean.
Shopping Tip:
Very near greenbelt. You can have access to food, movie houses and shopping.

Well located serviced residence. Close to central makati business district and around the corner from the Greenbelt shopping and entertainment complex. Rooms were nice size and well appointed. On a quiet street. Would recommend for business travelers and tourists.
Restaurant Tip:
Although a little expensive by Manila standards, the nearby Greenbelt development provides great dining and entertainment options.

staff checked us into our room early in morning as a room was available. the front desk staff were particularly helpful & professional. the studio room was clean & had tv with all the channels you can dream of. pool was great. best of all, only a 5 minute walk to the mall. thumbs up for this hotel.

The hotel was allright, the rooms good, and the staff was very polite. Also security was good. Only thing I didnt like was the elevators, somtimes they didnt work aswell with my keycard.
Nightlife Tip:
Close too Greenbelt. Good location.

I loved my stay at this hotel. the security was strict but polite, the receptionists were also polite and always with a smile! The breakfast was very good with smiling employees.
Shopping Tip:
There is a mall not far from the hotel. a couple of minutes walk. Very big and very nice!

My wife and I had some business to do in Makati for a couple of days. We both loved our experience here. It felt like we were at at a 5 star hotel. The best hotel that I have stayed at so far in the Philippines. Nothing to complain about at all. It is so close to the Greenbelt area which we walked to and had our meals and went window shopping in the malls. We felt safe inside and outside of the hotel. I will be staying at the Somerset Millennium on our future stays in Manila for sure. We never got to use the pool area but next time we will. The breakfast is free and it's all you can eat with many choices.

I founf the Somerset Milleium Hotel a very good hotel with very good polite and competent staff. The location is also very good its in quiet street but is onl 5mins walk from the Greenbelt and all the fine dining restraunts etc. I will definately stay there again
