I have a nice and satisfying stay with the hotel even though I used it only in the evening after the conference that I had attended to. The bad part is having to go up and down the hotel with the use of the elevator because the guest cards does not work properly. I was checked-in at the 24th floor of the hotel but sometimes i have to go down to the ground floor or the 27th floor before i could get to the right floor due to a non-working guest card. Besides that, I like the hotel...I will recommend this to my friends who are traveling for business.

The Somerset Millennium Makati Serviced Residence was very nice to stay compare with other hotels for same level of budget. its restaurant was a bit small and not so many kinds of buffet but acceptable. I stayed only one night but I may choose The Somerset Millennium Makati Serviced Residence again for my next business trip to Manila.

I found this hotel to be ideal for my purposes. The hotel location was on quiet street but with easy access to makati's commercial and nightlife districts. The greenbelt entertainment area was just a shirt walk around the corner. The breakfast was acceptable and included good quality and well made expressi coffee. The room was spacious. I would certainly stay here again.

This hotel is fid to stay in if you want a shopping break. Located in Lagaspi Village (quiet side of Makati) 3 minutes from Greenbelt it is close enough to walk. Would not recommend eating here in the evenings, better to go to Greenbelt where there is lots of choice. Ok value for money.

I was giving a free upgrade within this hotel. The hotel is location in good area very close to manila city. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing. Just one little thing is that there second lift is out so had to wait little longer.
Nightlife Tip:
Nice and close to greenbelt.

The staff were excellent, very polite and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
The room was excellent, very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great view overlooking the park and the city skyline.
I would recommend to anyone visiting the Philippines and staying in Makati.
We will definitely return.

Most hotels in Philippines are way off the Western standard so I shall take that into account whilst reviewing Somerset Millennium.
Having said that, Somerset Millennium was still poorer than most. Our room absolutely stank of old nicotine which must have got into the carpets, walls, ceiling over the years even though it was a no-smoking floor. During the night, other residents smoked which wafted into our room and I could barely open my eyes as they stang so much.
The staff were fairly useless and could not make simple decisions. In-room internet was a whopping 600PHP per day.
The only good thing about this hotel was the fact it was very close to Greenbelt.

A very nice facility in an excellent location very close to Greenbelt mall and in a very safe area. Large setting room with good entertainment system, although swimming pool is small but not bad. Easy chick-in. Overall worth value of my money. Note: never try the "restaurant"

Greenbelt mall 1 is almost 4 minutes away on foot
