I am totally satisfied with all aspects of this hotel. I meets my needs in every area
I think a couple of things are a little high priced (internet and the cost of printing from their printer)
Having a kitchen and all the necessary things in that kitchen really makes a difference. If you have friends in the area and invite them over....they will love it too. This is my home away from home when I am in Manila
Shopping Tip : it is very well located to jump in a taxi to go to any mall or location

Quiet location, but close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Nice homey feel. Good service sstaff.
Breakfast could be improved. Should provide complementary internet connection. Restaurant is over-priced for the quality of food offerred.
Recently had another pleasant stay at Somerset Millennium. Was able to get good rate through Agoda. This serviced apartment property is located on a quiet street in Makati, within walking distance of the Greenbelt shopping/entertainment complex. The apartment is well-appointed, although the provision of a sink in the kitchenette area would have been a good idea. Service is friendly although a bit slow for housekeeping requests. Breakfast is decent. Would be good if they could include complementary in-room internet connection. All in all, a nice stay and will be back!

Customer service second to none.
I travel regularly for work and leisure and can honestly say that this was one of my best hotel experiences. I have always preferred aparthotels or boutique hotels as they seem much more fiendly and homely and the somerset millenium didnt dissappoint. I stayed in an Executive studio room for 3 nights which was easily adequate for myself and my partner. The breakfast buffet was adequate for a hotel of this size with a variety of Eastern and Western / Hot and Cold food. Before selecting this hotel i read a number of reviews that were dissapointed with the level of service that they received and the time it took to check in and so i was half expecting a delay when i arrived. However, our check in was quick and everytime i required a service from the front desk or housekeeping the required service was prompt and efficient. The internet in the business area next to reception was provided free of charge for checking e-mails. We requested a late check out on the Thursday and was given an extra 2 hours (to 14:00) with no additional charge. This made me think that should the next guest arrive early, then they would have to wait for thier room which is probably the reason for some of the other reviews. Effectively, the millenium may sometimes fall victim of being too helpful. The location is fine and in a safe enough area of Makati near to greenbelt shopping ctr. I will certainly stay here again when i next visit manila.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try the Lotus Spa next to reception for a great massage at reasonable prices. I had the Indian Head Massage.
