the hotel for the price was great, the room was a very good deal for the price, was very spacious and the bed was outstanding. the worst part was the lack of shower water pressure and the slow internet, everything else about the hotel was good, breakfast was great, service was great.

Great Staff, Good Location, and Excellent service
Hotel staff was excellent and helpful.

Great place to stay. The location is perfect, just a block away from downtown Makati shopping, and a couple blocks from nightlife. The hotel staff was excellent. I needed a rush cleaning on some clothes and they had them done in a couple of hours, when I failed to provide certain instructions for the press job on the clothes the staff returned to my room and pressed the items right there in front of me. Would stay here again anytime.

This was my first time in P. I and the staff made it very memorable. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite. They opened doors called my taxi cleaned my room every few hours it seemed like. The view was not that bad either. The food and drinks were very appetizing. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing I did not like was the bed hurt my back.

Great Location

Checking in was fairly quick but when it came to checking out, there was a bit of a delay as front desk had said my colleague's door was latched from the inside. They held us back for about 10 minutes while they tried to get it open. We found this unsual as there is no way my colleague could have latched the door from the inside. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory including service and cleanliness of the rooms.

The hotel is quite close to the shopping mall which is good because it's only a walking distance. No problem with getting taxi either. We were there for business so the hotel was good.
