good clean hotel in quiet safe area

This was a good clean hotel and rooms spacious wifi works in room ok, but a difficult area for transport to other parts of manila, taxi's very few & those who are there are to ready to rip you off, they will not use the meter, also the local tricycles will charge you double,meals in the hotel are poor ie: 1 fryed egg with toast for breakfast, hotel policy of demanding you pay each day for your room i did not like, more cheaper and better guest house's nearby ,just look, all in all will not use again, also airport taxi's (yellow cabs ) will over charge you and taxi drivers do not know where this place is, very difficult to find & and escape, beware!!!

Had a great stay there, staff were very helpful, would recomend others to stay ther, was good value for money, staff were very helpful in all my needs, couldn't help enough, meals were good, complimentary breaakfast was good value, as I said you could do werse but all in all not a bad place to stay, felf secure there with security outside.
Restaurant Tip:
The coffee shop was good for breakfast, the meals were of a decent standard, western style, , the service was excelent, really best practice, at a world standard, they couldn't do enough to help. Complimentary breakfast was good value, the place was pretty handy to every thing, all in all I'd recomend this place, was easy to stay there.

service was good and manager went out of is way to satisfy our requirements

Originally we were given a small room which was noisy due to thin walls, we could hear the other people talking in the room next door. We brought this to the attention of the manager who said he would allocate us adifferent location as soon as one became available. True to his word the next day we were upgraded to a bigger romm and the noise was minimal,so 10 out of 10 for service,liasing with agoda to advise them of the changes that were made.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a local restuarant about 20 mtres away which does good local food at reasonable prices, and you can use the internet on wi fi
