Good value for money. Clean rooms. New rooms. Service could do with some improvement. Staff would talk within ear shot of the customer assuming the customer could not understand what they were saying. Good location - walking distance from
Money changer& eaterys. Bathrook is small. Good variety for breakfast menu.

this is a nice new hotel easy to find, in the nigthlife area of makati. Rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and basic! I enjoyed staying at this hotel

This was my second stay at St.Giles, I felt like I am coming back home! The front desk was busy but assured me for a quick release of room and they did so. During the stay all the staff were courteous, smiling and ready to help.
Restaurant Tip:
There are many eating outlets around , but situated nearby is a multicusine restaurant by an Arabian lady which serves a reasonably priced good food .once you take left turn from the left sided gate , it is situated on second left lane.

Had a good stay and manage to a day trip to Tagaytay morning and back evening with many places visited.
Day trip from Makati is just convenience to places of interest. places live Batangas, Corriegdor is also just good to do a day trip.

An ok hotel for passing through the city

Very, very slow check-in. Friday evening, they had 3 members of staff behind the desk and only one actively doing anything. Had to change rooms as the non-smoking floor was anyhting but. Restaurant in the hotel was pretty awful looking. Room was fine and the pool was worth the cold water for the view over the city at sunset.

The hotel is a relatively modern property with clean rooms an a very professional staff. The room size was acceptable for me as a single traveler but noticeably smaller than many hotels in its class. My opinion of the hotel improved greatly from being a good hotel to a very good hotel after experiencing the breakfast buffet but get there before 9:00.
Nightlife Tip:
Lots of bars and nightlife within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is excellent so that you can reach everywhere in the center in short minutes. Staying at this hotel was quite satisfying.
