Clean hotel
At Makati town Area quite near to Ayala center

i feel the hotel is as warm like at home. the security need to be improve as during my stayed a lady calling from receptionist but this lady i don't know her at all. i feel my security is threatened as this lady know my name & she said is my friend. a straight security required.

the swimming pool was under renovation or maintenance and I did not like that. the rest was good to o.k. . Breakfast is good with lots of choices. Rooms are clean, even if a bit small.
Gym is too basic, missing lots of equipment. Less eqiupment than last time I stayed here.
I moved because the pool was also under renovation.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the Makati area of Manila. I had trouble checking in because they did not have my reservation so I had to pay for my room. The problem was resolved the next day. The rooms were very small so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more than a 2 day stay. The breakfast buffet was very good.

decent location at the fringe of Makati

the hotel is quite new with new furnishing but the toilet is way too small and there was a water supply problem for a few days as the hotel was upgrading the piping.
the wifi in the room is also not stable as it keeps cutting off.
Restaurant Tip:
visit Fort Bonafacio for good choices for restaurants. about 20 minutes taxi ride. Head to the main street.

the hotel environment is quite good. the hotel staff also quite helpful, kind & well present. the staff always greet me.
the hotel two below things need to improve:
- no restaurant so is not convenience for me as i everytime reach is already evening.
- there is no room service
- there is no sport channel.

i stayed at the hotel just for a night. at first the elevator was not working from the parking area to the lounge so i have to take the stairs. when i got to my room, oh! i feel relax and immediately stretch on my bed. the following day, somebody called me if i can check out earlier that 12nn because of an emergency. so, it's a bit hassle! good thing, the management promise me of an upgrade for my room on my next stay at the hotel. so good good!!
