always stay here. there is always a global chain feel about the quality but the staff performance is very boutique giving best of both worlds. could be a little closer to ayala ave. for real convenience but i have tried all the hotels closer and they dont match giles for value for money.

Had a good relaxing stay. Helpful staff, although , dates of my bookings at the hotel not matching agoda vaocher. I was told I arrived at least one week early. It took a while to sort out the problem. It is the last thing you need after 15 hours of travelling.

first thing is perfect location being in makati city. second, the hotel is new. third, good buffet food. other than that, nothing else stands out.
the receptionist who handled my voucher wasn't very nice. told me room was unavailable until 2pm however accommodated 2 foreign guests who arrived later than me that really pissed me off. so, locals don't get treated same way.
also, i booked my 2nd day through their website. in the morning before check out, i informed the receptionist and told me all is good. i don't need to do anything as he already updated their system. unfortunately, when i came back at the hotel in the afternoon, i couldn't get in my room. that really made me furious. how inefficient! though apologies were said, damage has been done.

I feel very comfortable & room is much spacious. The staff on the hotel very kind & polite. The room is full of facilities especially can watch sport channel. The food also quite delicious. The service I received is value for money...

Fairly new hotel and good location. Small rooms but functional for short stay. Free WIFI in room. Food is ok but most people eat out due to location of good outside eating.
Nightlife Tip:
Heckyle Jeckyle 5 mins walk away. Great food and sport bar.
