location value for money and modernity. be careful about using a debit card to secure the room. they will actually deduct the funds from your account instead of just holding on authorisation.
try the stroganoff in the restaurant at night. very tasty.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid the 26th to 28th floor. This is level with the roof of City Garden and can get a little noisy.

The only down side about my stay this time is that they actually withdrew 2000 pesos for a 2 night stay as security instead of just authorising. Be aware of using a debit card instead of credit card whilst you stay here.

stayed at the hotell for 3 nights. very serviceminded helpfull staff. excellent location . just 10 min walk from makati cbd and a short taxi ride to the baywalk at roxas blvd and mall of asia. just around the corner from burgos entertainment district.
rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures, but very clean and quiet.
the pool is small, but big enough for a swim. the viev from the pool is excellent and its a good place to relax after walking the malls all day.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. My only complaint was the shower door did not close properly and the water splattered in the toilet area when we took a shower. I informed housekeeping about it and they sent someone to have it fixed but he wasn't able to because we had company in our room at that time and we were busy packing for our trip the following day.

The breakfast was gruel and the experience was akin to a military KP at chow time with dozens of poorly mannered package tourists elbowing and pushing to get first dibs at the undercooked bacon. The front desk was understaffed and one had to similarly fight the crowd to get any attention. Rooftop pool was of a poor design with little sunshine. And what is up with no food or drinks allowed at the poolside?

Pleasant if you don't mind patchy service

We stayed two nights at the hotel and had an okay time. Cleanliness and comfort are fine here, and the location is good - only a five minute ride to Greenbelt and other shopping malls. Lots of places to eat nearby.
It's a bit crowded as the hotel seems to have a lot of tour groups going through, so the buffet and the lifts were always full.
Our biggest complaint is that the staff were very misleading about some services - we were told the username and password for the WiFi in our room but no one told us that you could only log in on one device and had to pay extra for any other devices (we paid this but had to cancel it as it was a very bad connection). Not a great system if you're a business traveler and need the internet. The person on duty wasn't very nice about the whole thing either, and we ended up having to speak to the manager to cancel the internet.
Also, our room wasn't ready even though we arrived in the evening, and was not properly done up when we got back after dinner.
Shopping Tip:
Go to Greenbelt shopping malls for some good shopping and restaurants. It's a nice safe place and kid-friendly with an arcade and movie theatre.

Always liked staying here. Tried a couple of other places to see if I could get the price down further but always regretted it. There simply isnt a better place for the money.
Food in evening not bad. dining room always empty. Breakfast is the one area that is the down side - would probably not waste my money on breakfast.

Grade of hotel and room size are so disappointed !

very disappointed with the hotel facility and room size. It looks like 2.5 stars or 3 star hotel maximum. Room is so small with the big pillar.
though the location is on Makati, but it's all pub and bar area with lot of business ladies at night. I had been approached by a group kids's beggar both day and night. Don't be too polite to them, coz they are playing around with your pocket's area.
I won't stay this hotel again in the next visit !!
PS : staff's service is not too bad.
