this hotel is on the makati ave, so you can easily find banks, malls, everything.
also, hotel steps are wondeful.

everything was perfect to me

1.hotel staff are very kind.
2.room is clean and cozy.
3.very good location to business(it's on makait Ave.)
4.room service is good.
5.easily find restaurants near by(north noodle, shaky's pizza, mcdonald, starbucks, korean restaurants, bars..)
6.entertainments(p-bul-gos, pc cafe, local bars)
7.free fast wifi.
8.clean up service and laundry.
9.shopping malls(green belts, gloriatte..)
Shopping Tip:
it's really close to go shopping.
take a taxi and tell him to green belts or gloriatte.
it only takes 10mins.
also, banks are very close to there.

last minute booking, booked 2 rooms. stayed here for 2 nights after our trip to palawan. the staff were polite and professional, maybe not as friendly as we are used to. check-in and check out was a breeze. be aware that they require a 3,000 pesos security deposit, either in cash or they can authorize your credit card. the hotel is quite new. rooms are clean. wi-fi access in rooms is 300 pesos for 24 hours. if you are staying here don't forget to pack your lan cable for free internet access. no toothbrushes and toothpaste in our rooms. but since we have our own anyway we're fine without it. there were no bathrobes, maybe if we were using the hotel pool we would have asked. maybe management should update agoda.com room infos? some people can be ocd about this. we would hate to be charged for something that wasn't there. also the pool is not what you would call an 'outdoor' pool.
great location! not too far from the airport. there are taxis everywhere. restaurants and bars surround this area. although it was pretty quiet during our stay, it was easter holidays. there are lots of new hotels in the area. but i'd stay here again if i need to be around the makati area.

the first impression of the hotel is small. the location is fine and just 10-minute taxi ride to the heart of makati. the guest room is small with a good view since we have a room on higher floor. the staff is very nice and helpful. we have no experience to stay here. the wifi service can only cater for 1 computer each time. it is very disappointed because my girl friend and i got laptop of our own. it is very inconvenience to both tourists and businessmen.
Shopping Tip:
Ayala centre and SM Makati is nearby. But we like to go to Mall of Asia with more varieties of service.

the hotel was located at the heart of makti and was surrounded by many restaurants and bars. the room itself was bit small and the complimentary internet was way too slow to do anything.
however the worst part was the fromt desk staff. the guy was very rude and unfriendly during the check-out process.

High standard hotel with great roof pool and gym. Easy to find on Makati Avenue. close to nightlife or buisness..Greenbelt not far. Wifi worked good. will be back for sure. Fast check in and out so I have no complains.

Hotel is good value for the price - brand new

the hotel is in makati avenue near salcedo.
it is really an ideal location if you want to stay in this district.
the hotel is brand new so still clean and rooms not smelly.
actually i found everything ok except the check in at the beginning. when i arrived - around 15:30 - they told me the room was not ready yet and i had to wait. then they did not care anymore about me although i was in front of the reception and they were at least 5 receptionists. so i had to ask twice if the room was ready and at the end i think the information from the beginning was not correct. as a matter of fact, i cannot believe that an hotel with 500 rooms did not have any room ready for me at 15;30 n the afternoon.

hotel is located in the makati avenue - so ideal location for those who want to stay in makati for working or shopping.
hotel is new, so rooms very clean and comfortable not like the other hotels nearby (3 stars) where rooms are smelly and look old although receptions always look very good like in all asian hotels.
staffs is discreet and professional. they did accept every day i did extend my stay without notice.
however, they are 5 at the desk and seems always busy and do not take care so much about clients. as a matter of fact, when i arrived they told me that room was not ready and i had to wait. i was sitting in front of them but had to ask twice if it was progressing or not and everytime they did talk to me as i just arrived here and was not waiting for one hour.
