Overall stay was good. This hotel is worth considering if you are transiting in Manila. It is 10min away from greenbelt shopping area.
The only downside is the noise: you can ear people opening/closing their room doors and you can ear the outside traffic (being on the 25th floor if I remember correctly )

I had a fantastic stay and I wish I had chosen this hotel on my first visit to Makati District of Manila. It is an exceptional value with great buffet breakfast, live music daily and central location. My stay was only one day and I wish it had been longer to enjoy all of the amenities the hotel has to offer.

there is shortage of electricity, we are forced to walk down from 27 floors.
very bad response of the hotel. when we tell staff what should we do, they suggest us to walk down from 27 floors without lights and we all felt sore legs after we reach 1st floor. very bad experience for a 5 star hotel.
