Central location. Taxis easily available. Helpful staff. Good rooms. Adequate breakfast. No kettle or tea making facilities. No ironing facilities. This service available only during normal hours and turn round slow. The hotel is comfortable and clean and would satisfy most travelers. The hotel staff were most helpful with return bookings and cared for baggage while absent on tour. Being involved with a seminar during daytime and later, no other meals were taken but many eating facilities close to hotel. Taxis always close and no problem picking up a car at any time of day or night. The only improvement that may help many is the provision of tea and coffee making facilities in the room
