The staff are efficient and friendly. Located in a relatively safe area beside a University. Lots of amenities nearby (lots of fast food joints). Price is fair and acceptable for the area. Security 24/7.
The lobby is not airconditioned and can get really hot and humid fast. The elevators are not well-ventilated. No available internet connection (wireless/landline). Hotel food is very expensive but this is fairly common in this area.
Overall I really liked the hotel despite it's short-comings. It seems to still be in development when I checked in. It's still relatively new and therefore very clean though there are a few areas still being finished. Sometimes it can get chaotic in the ground floor due to many students hanging around because of the proximity of the university. I give this hotel a 3.5/5
Restaurant Tip : Hotel food is expensive. I recommend the restaurants surrounding the area - cheaper and better tasting with a lot more choices.

Locating on 29-30th floor of the building.
View from the room is wonderful.
Most taxi driver doesn't know the Hotel.
It was hard to locate the hotel.
Even though the location is nice, all facilities seemed to be used and old.
In my room, the door key worked very badly,
I had a hard time to lock and unlock the key.
In one occasion I spent about 5 minutes to unlock the door key.
Also I cannot lock the door without key when I went out, it was inconvenient.
No refrigerator in the room, it was also inconvenient.
Shopping Tip : You can see the SM, Big shopping Complex , from your room through window, but it was very hard to get there by foot.
Use taxi, it was only P100.
And you can avoid lots of hassles.

accessibility to diffirent transportation, and many fast food chains nearby
elevator seemed defective, rooms are not well maintained & cleaned
we stayed for 3 days in this hotel. It is indeed very cheap, they offered us big room, the staff were very polite & helpful. However, the looks of it was far from what is posted in the net. The hotel is in the 29th flr - the elevator seemed defective at times bec. of the noise it made (its scary), and the very bad thing is that there were so many small cockroaches in the room most especially in the bathroom. If not for its cheap price, I would have change hotel
Restaurant Tip : the hotel is just beside la salle taft, and across it there's this donut shop named cello's... its actually very good, I find it better than krispy cremes for pasalubong
