Walking distance to LRT, restaurants, big room
Should ot advertise that they have wireless when they don't have. The TV is up near the wall, so I had to look up and it's tiring. The remote didn't work.
This place is big and clean and pleasant for one night stay. It is accessible to the train station, some restaurants, De La Salle University. It takes about 10 minute walk to the nearest SM shopping mall. There is also Starbucks just 5 minute walk. It is on the 29th floor,so you can view Makati and Manila. However, if you need an Internet connection, this is not a place to stay.
Shopping Tip : SM shopping is just 10 minute walk

High on the top 28th floor you're well above the Manila smog or haze. I found the hotel well suited to my needs and well priced, It's well placed and has easy access to local transport. It's convenient to the airport too. I found the staff courteous and very helpful. It'll be my 'home away from home' in Manila from now on.
Floor repairs at the time were a little noisy at times. But only a temporary inconvenience. Real fruit juice would have been nicer than that provided.
Taft Tower Hotel is certainly great value for money for those of us who do not frequent the top hotels. It was clean and in good condition. The staff, all women, were friendly and helpful at all times. Convenience to all areas would be one of its strong points. There was no problem from traffic noise.
Restaurant Tip : Restaurants and nightlife both easily accessible.

The staff are efficient and friendly. Located in a relatively safe area beside a University. Lots of amenities nearby (lots of fast food joints). Price is fair and acceptable for the area. Security 24/7.
The lobby is not airconditioned and can get really hot and humid fast. The elevators are not well-ventilated. No available internet connection (wireless/landline). Hotel food is very expensive but this is fairly common in this area.
Overall I really liked the hotel despite it's short-comings. It seems to still be in development when I checked in. It's still relatively new and therefore very clean though there are a few areas still being finished. Sometimes it can get chaotic in the ground floor due to many students hanging around because of the proximity of the university. I give this hotel a 3.5/5
Restaurant Tip : Hotel food is expensive. I recommend the restaurants surrounding the area - cheaper and better tasting with a lot more choices.

good rooms, nice view, great standard for a very low price compared to other listings on agoda
nothing around the hotel, taxis don't really know where the hotel is
One of the cheapest hotels on agoda, but far better than those in Malate area. The rooms are big and very clean. The hotel would offer WLAN, if it were not broken during my stay. It is located on the top of Taft Tower, offering a great view over the city. The only bad thing is that in the night, there is nothing in that area and it is somehow hard to get a cab. The good thing, it is between Malate and Makati, so either is not too far away.
Nightlife Tip : Socialiste Club, in Malate area, after 2pm it gets stared

Locating on 29-30th floor of the building.
View from the room is wonderful.
Most taxi driver doesn't know the Hotel.
It was hard to locate the hotel.
Even though the location is nice, all facilities seemed to be used and old.
In my room, the door key worked very badly,
I had a hard time to lock and unlock the key.
In one occasion I spent about 5 minutes to unlock the door key.
Also I cannot lock the door without key when I went out, it was inconvenient.
No refrigerator in the room, it was also inconvenient.
Shopping Tip : You can see the SM, Big shopping Complex , from your room through window, but it was very hard to get there by foot.
Use taxi, it was only P100.
And you can avoid lots of hassles.

accessibility to diffirent transportation, and many fast food chains nearby
elevator seemed defective, rooms are not well maintained & cleaned
we stayed for 3 days in this hotel. It is indeed very cheap, they offered us big room, the staff were very polite & helpful. However, the looks of it was far from what is posted in the net. The hotel is in the 29th flr - the elevator seemed defective at times bec. of the noise it made (its scary), and the very bad thing is that there were so many small cockroaches in the room most especially in the bathroom. If not for its cheap price, I would have change hotel
Restaurant Tip : the hotel is just beside la salle taft, and across it there's this donut shop named cello's... its actually very good, I find it better than krispy cremes for pasalubong

Rooms pretty good view of lovely people.
Near the train station. Attractions near but not much. Must sit ซี่ authentication, or access to SM Department Store is far closer to the stadium after hackney must not know that the building taft road near de la salle university building is under some convenience stores แ good fit.Packard, if you book the emphasis very reasonable price, ending with the condition if it is refrigerated room should have a three-star rooms are small but make the floor 29 has views over the distance. Both buildings will be LRT train marine reserve is a Bath Add or breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : star city mall of asia malls, amusement centers.

Good balance of price and location.
TV in the number of suitable locations and not
I stayed KONASUITO, no TV in the living room. The only one bedroom. Its hard to watch TV near the ceiling. 1F alcohol is not a convenience store. Noise is not particularly comfortable. But it is near the site of the university, many students both inside and outside the hotel.
