The Hotel is located in a industry district. There are a few eateries beside the hotel, Mac, starbuck, jolliesbell and some other local food stalls. The hotel provides shuttles to malls. the room is very spacious and very comfortable bad.

Chinese restaurant on the second floor is pretty good.
The SPA is awesome.
Business Centre service is not fantastic though. Printer is very slow and the centre not really able to support much.

Lovely hotel with good service

The Bellevue Manila is a short drive or a five-minute cab ride away from Alabang's commercial establishments. It's a sleek hotel embellished with plush furniture. The staff were very accommodating and the service was good. They offer a wide selection in the breakfast buffet, although there wasn't really anything spectacular about the food.

needless to say, this is our second "staycation" at bellevue manila. personally, i'm always particular about "nice and clean" toilet and baths. i wasn't disappointed! all the hotel personnel we encountered were very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and really appreciated how everyone received a sincere welcome and thank you... a good send-off for another day's start. our highlight though, will always be the mandarine spa... tryout a fusion massage package!

booked the bellevue manila just the morning before checking-in. had errors on the check-in date and they accommodated my request to change the dates. awesome customer service. i was greeted with a smile everywhere i went.
the room we had was big, spacious, tasteful and clean. an ironing board was provided as well as a weighing scale and hair dryer.
the comfort room was also big and didn't feel cramped. there was separate shower cubicle with a rainfall shower. although it was a bit hard to mix the right water temperature. the bath toiletries were hydro essentials from malaysia with a good scent. bath tub was alright. bathroom was overall clean.
the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. would love to eat there again.

Starting from the check-in process, staff was unfriendly. Variety at the breakfast buffet was reasonable but many hot food was luke warm. I commented about the temperature of the food to a senior chef who happened to be checking the food, but his demonstration of indifference was a shocker.
I almost missed my flight as the staff during the check-out did not provide appropriate info and options for transportation to the airport. I felt I am penalized for not taking the hotel taxi.
The "hardware" of the hotel is nice. I enjoyed the room and bed but the "software", needs a lot of improvement.
I travel a lot in the SE Asia region and spend about 20-25 nights/year in Manila hotels. Efficiency and friendliness of staff means a lot when you travel a lot, and this hotel ranks low in both categories.

More than fully satisfied, my stay at the Bellevue Hotel was quite the experience. Despite the large influx of guests, the reservations staff made sure that I'm not kept in the dark while waiting for my room. To top even that, they even gave me a complimentary upgrade from deluxe to suite room.
Restaurant Tip:
Fully take advantage of the breakfast buffet. The food is great!
