Good location, 5-10 minute walk to malls. however staff not very friendly to 'balikbayans' at the concierge desk. They replenished one tea bag only daily but there are couple of us. Bathtub gets clogged, water up to your ankles when you shower. WIFI is not included in the package. Mainly we just got put off by the service.
Shopping Tip:
Great location for shopping about a 5 minute walk to megamall, and the podium. And a few minute cab ride to shangrila plaza.

Lovely Hotel

I loved to stay there it is closed to the mal,the Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I felt very scured in the Hotel.
The internet connection was very poor,i had to pay extra for the connection but most of the time i couldn't go online due connetion problems.

Stayed here for 5 nights, first in the old tower in a 3 bed apartment and then in the new much better tower in a 1 bed apartment.
The hotel is a little run down, has no Wifi and the charges for using the cable connection are ridiculous. The chairs in the communal areas are stained and old and they don't turn on the air con in these areas so it's stupidly hot. They tried to charge us for using the business centre and hiring a rice cooker and the corkage on the rooms was absurd. Breakfast was average, the coffee was terrible and the selection poor.
The outdoor pool was only open at weekends and during the holidays but they changed their sign at weekend to say it was under maintenance. The indoor pool and gym was nice, just needed updating.
The lifts are confusing and arduous. They were old and the door shut unexpectedly on you and also automatically took you to the ground floor if you weren't quick enough. Also the key cards had a tendency to wipe themselves and needed resetting a lot.
Lost all water one morning, so we couldn't shower at all.
Seemed like lots of locals and business people stayed here, so not one for holiday makers.
The staff were lovely though and the location was functional. Plus the newer tower has lovely rooms and much better facilities. Only stay here is you have to. There are much better selections at a more competitive price available in Manila.

The 1 Bedroom suite I stayed in was spacious and clean and tidy, albeit a little dated and tired looking. It was well equipped, with a small kitchen attached, although there was nothing (not even a small pan) to use on the cooker. WiFi was a bit complicated to get set up and required a visit from their IT staff to get things going. Why do hotels make this modern essential so difficult?
Food was not bad in the restaurant - heavily accented toward Italian cuisine.
Staff were attentive and friendly. The Linden Suites Hotel is a good choice and represented value for money.

Convenient spot and easy assess to various kind of business traveller requirements like wine and dine, shopping and etc..

Seems to be running down on some area of the premises pasages as occasional foul smell was detected (probably ventilation system) which left a rather tricky feeling as to hygiene conditions.

Accessible Hotel
Good location in reference to my office in Octagon Center

Generally comfortable with good facilities. Only problem is there's always heavy traffic in front of the hotel which makes noving around in taxis tough. Not to mention the amount of noise created by the blarings of the traffic below
