We had a memorable stay here. Space was important and we were impressed! It was really spacious that even when we put two cots, there were still lots of space. The 6-seater dining table was the best place for family bonding. The staff was impressive, from front office to room service. Rooms are clean. The kitchen was a functional one.
Travel tip:
3 big malls are just around the corner

Linden Suites is best located near restaurants and malls... the room is very well maintained- exceptionally nice... all attendants from front desk till maintenance crew are all very accommodating and friendly.
Thanks and looking forward to my next visit.

Nice Hotel and good service and clean&quiet hotel

I get and upgrade when i stay there at the same price. Nice big room with seperate bathroom, diningroom and fully equiped kitchen. Nice hotelroom with a lot of nice features. Good and nice bed to sleep and and an incredible view from the window at the Ortigas area. We stayed at the 22 floor of the Hotel.
Shopping Tip:
the SM Megamall is just 2 bloks away from the Hotel. A walk of 10 minutes will take you there. No need to take a taxi to go to the shoppingmall at all.

Great hotel with excellent room

a great place to stay if you need a week or so, rooms are large and comfortable.
Staff need to check the appliances to make sure they are working. On-line connection a little exspensive.
Overall will stay again.

the hotel is located not too far from a shopping mall and some good restaurants. The rooms are large and nice and offer the possibility of cooking food. The quality of food at both room service and breakfast needs to be improved.

This hotel is in pretty good condition compared to many in the area at similar prices. The restaurant is below par however. The most frustrating part of my stay was their credit card policy for incidentals. The hotel will not accept a credit card that is not signed and most US citizens sign their credit card with "SEE ID" if they are concerned about fraud. This assures that card can not be easily copied with signature. The hotel refused to accept my card even with photo drivers ID and signature verification and passport and this was the same card used to make the reservation. Very irritating policy and I have not encountered this anywhere in Manila at other hotels. Good place to stay if you are not bothered by this policy as everything else was fine.

We just stayed there for a night to relax but unfortunately, we didn't get relaxed because it was so crowded that during our check-in time, there were no seats at the reception. No one even offered. It's so crowded. So with my a little heavy bag, it's not very comfy standing for awhile there. I called prior to coming to the hotel, like an hour before, to ask if room was available and they said yes. But when we went there I was asked if we could wait for another hour. The receptionists, except the manager, didnt have that much smile on their faces. Being in the customer service field for 10 years now, I'd say I got turned off by that. Another thing, the bar really smelled there, like when you go out of the elevator, the floor smells like cigarette. It's so bad and it gave me migraine. About the room, ac is good, it's cold. Rooms are clean and spotless. I just dont understand why the television on the master's bedroom is facing the door and not the bed. We werent able to watch while on the bed.
Staff dont greet people. I dont know why. I am really wondering.
