Large, clean and comfortable rooms, but not posh.
The staff were attentive, the rooms large and clean, and there is a nice pool.

All in all, a very pleasant and friendly environment. However, the buffet breakfast was skimpy on choices and had very few 'international' selections; mostly Filipino dishes. The free wifi internet connection in the room was frustratingly slow.

Fair hotel, big space but low ceiling

On our last day at the hotel, we decided to explore and try their recreation area but found out that the sauna room isn't working but the staff didnt tell us about that he even switched on the temperature control but after a few minutes it still did not work.

Great Hotel with excellent service

The hotel stay was great. I booked a Executive room but upon reaching late the Customer service mentioned that they do not have kingsize bed room on a non-smoking floor. I requested if there is anything they can do. The customer service officer gladly alloted a 2 bedroom suit ( with one bedroom locked ) to me on a non-smoking floor. I was delighted for the graciousness.

great for self-catering foodies and chefs
quick room service, only 5 minutes walk from shopping mall

when you book a suite (which is what this reviewer is describing), i guess you want something more than just a bed. the kitchen was more than adequate, though i had difficulty with the temperamental electric cooker hob. the fridge and freezer were excellent, and for the more lazy there was a microwave. you do have to ask for even essential cooking pots etc but this was no problem. dining in was a pleasant change, especially with many food markets nearby. the bedroom, bathroom and lounge were excellent. location perhaps a bit away from the usual sights, but after cooking a good meal, who cares especially with such helpful service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Ayala Museum is only a short taxi drive away - and well worth the trip. Its top-floor exhibition of "Gold from the Philippines" would grace any world-class museum, and is not to be missed.
